Explore MeditationI’ve seen first hand, in myself, and members of my family, the very real and serious challenges of living with chronic stress. It severely impairs and even ruins far more lives than most people realize. Interestingly, I've also seen that many of the people who struggle with stress and anxiety are actually gifted in some way, either intellectually, creatively, or with intuitive sensitivities. In order for our unique gifts to come to the surface, we need to take seriously the learning of some skills to reduce the impact of stress in our life and to master our body/mind. I have learned these skills in my own life, as I came up against painful struggles while working to make my aspirations a reality. I look forward to the opportunity to share what I’ve learned as we co-create a path towards the life we were born to live.
