Hello beautiful people,

I'm Christina and welcome to this introduction to shamanic journey.

A shamanic journey is a beautiful way to connect with your inner wisdom,

Receive guidance,

And restore balance on all levels of your being.

Rooted in ancient traditions,

It is a practice of deep relaxation and conscious rest,

A journey into the space between wakefulness and sleep.

Every journey is unique,

Just like you.

It is an invitation to listen deeply and reconnect with nature's rhythms.

In the sacred stillness,

Your nervous system resets,

Stress melts away,

And your inner wisdom awakens.

Whether you seek clarity,

Healing,

Or simply a moment of presence,

Of peace,

The shamanic journey is a powerful path back to yourself.

All you have to do is close your eyes,

Open your mind,

And allow yourself to daydream.

It is a conscious daydream fueled by your imagination.

I will guide you through a short journey where you can experience this yourself.

To begin,

Find a quiet place where you can lie down comfortably,

Place a pillow under your head,

Cover yourself with a blanket,

And get as cozy as possible.

As you soften into a comfortable position,

Allow your body to surrender to the earth beneath you.

Give yourself permission to relax,

To soften and melt into the space.

Allow all outside noises to dissolve into the background,

And simply focus your awareness on the sound of my voice as I guide you on this journey.

Let a sense of protection and peace echo through your whole being.

Know that you are held safely.

Feel how you are surrounded and protected in this place where you can deeply rest.

Take a deep breath in,

And a long breath out.

As you take your attention inward to your heart center,

I invite you to connect to your intention of what brought you here today,

What's calling you to journey inward.

Maybe it is clarity,

Healing,

Or just a sense of peace.

Whatever it is,

Trust that it's already within you,

Waiting to rise to the surface.

When you feel ready,

Silently hold this intention in your heart.

Breathe into it,

Letting it settle deep within you.

Remember this intention is your compass.

It will guide you.

Trust you will receive exactly what you need for your highest and greatest good.

Take one more breath in,

Feeling your intention glowing brightly in your heart.

As you exhale out slowly,

Taking a full breath into the body,

Inhaling deeply,

And with a sound exhale to release.

Whatever sound emerges,

Let go fully.

Inhale,

And again inhale,

And release.

Feel yourself beginning to enter a deeper level of stillness.

As you exhale,

Let your breath cover your entire body.

Feel the air from your breath expand all around you.

Feel the space above your head,

And the space below your feet.

Feel into the soles of your feet,

Noticing the sensations as we move to the toes.

Feeling your ankles,

Moving up the legs,

Feeling the knees,

Your hips,

Feeling your pelvis,

Your belly,

Your chest,

Feeling your arms,

Down into your hands,

Feeling each finger.

Moving up the arms,

Feeling the shoulders,

The neck.

Feel into the jaw and soften,

Soften the mouth.

Allow your cheeks to fall down to the earth.

As you let your eyes become heavy,

Feel the body softening the forehead,

The head.

Feel and soften the whole body.

Now become aware of the body while it breathes.

Notice how your body moves with the breath,

Moving to your own unique rhythm.

Notice the cool air touching your nostrils.

Feel the warm release with every exhale.

Notice the temperature of your air when it enters your nose.

And the temperature when it is released from your body.

Bring your awareness inside.

Where can you feel heaviness,

Tightness,

Tension in your body?

Where can you feel lightness,

Space,

Softness?

Hold both these sensations.

Hold the feeling of heavy and light together at the same time within your body.

Notice what arises without asking,

Without analyzing,

Without trying to solve,

Without trying to control.

Just feel it and let it be.

Now let those feelings dissolve into a white light of nothingness.

Be aware of all that is present now in your awareness.

Simply witness all that arises as it is and do nothing.

As you allow your thoughts and emotions to come and go,

Just be.

No need to explain,

Solve,

Judge or control.

Just be.

Remain calmly grounded,

Simply witnessing,

Simply observing.

As you fill your awareness with this white light,

Allow the light to warm your heart space,

Bringing a smile to your soul that transcends through to your physical body.

Allow the smile to rest upon your face as you begin to rise to the surface of the present moment.

As you hold the smile on your face with unconditional love and kindness towards yourself,

Accepting yourself as you are now,

And slowly landing back into the body,

Returning to the space.

Allow your breath to deepen as you feel into the ground.

And gradually,

In your own time,

Beginning to move,

Letting the body stir as though waking from a restful sleep.

Slowly moving your hands,

Feet,

Stretching the body as if you were waking up in the morning.

And gently returning to the present moment and space.

Whenever you are ready,

You can open up your eyes,

Moving slowly and gently to your own rhythm.

Thank yourself for this time,

Giving yourself the gift of slowing down,

Of space,

Of stillness and quiet.
