Explore MeditationKerri began her yoga and mindfulness journey in 2009. She first came to her yoga mat to improve her physical body, but over time learned the importance of strengthening her mind as well. After spending 10 years as a student, Kerri decided it was time to take her practice to the next level, become a teacher, and quit her day job. For the past 4 years, she has been leading group yoga classes and meditations at local studios. Her favorite styles to teach include Yin Yang Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Gentle Flow Yoga. She is passionate about helping her students unwind, and leave behind the stresses of daily life to find a deeper sense of peace.
