In this session, we take pause and find peace and stillness within our presence. After a bit of guidance, there is a few minutes of ambient music for you to sink into. During this time, consider how your presence moves you through this world and how there is such sweetness in the small, quiet moments of presence.

Transcript

Welcome to your session today.

As you arrive into your space,

I invite you to anchor down into your body,

Closing the windows of your eyes ever so gently if that's available to you,

And placing both hands sandwiched over top of your heart.

Today we are seeking out a moment of presence,

Of tuning in and listening,

Of allowing ourselves an opportunity to just be.

A moment of presence doesn't need to be this big,

Miraculous understanding or unfolding.

Sometimes very simply,

It is sitting,

It is closing the eyes,

And it is breathing.

For the next bit of time,

My voice will grow quiet.

I invite you to sink into that breath and find presence in your body.

There is nothing that you need to give your attention to right now,

But breathing and being right here in the stillness,

Finding peace within your presence.

Taking a few more cycles of breath here,

Noticing how different your body feels,

How different you move in this space when you consider the peace that is your presence.

Slowly and gently,

In your own time and when it feels right for you,

Allowing the windows of your eyes to gently open,

Letting in the light,

Breathing down into that space of peace.

I hope today you found just a moment where you can be present with yourself.

A moment of calm,

A moment of quiet,

And a moment of peace.

Nice, quick reset into my body and into the present moment. A good reminder to stop and just be.
