Take a nice big deep breath for me just to change the frequency in your body.
Nice,
Big.
Deep breath.
Close down your eyes.
Let go of everything so far.
Morning,
Afternoon,
Wherever you're in your day.
And just breathe.
Longer,
Slower.
Deeper breaths.
And as you breathe those long,
Slow,
Deep breaths,
Just kind of tune in and feel.
Space around you.
Space inside you.
Let your shoulders drop and relax.
If it's a little bit warm or a little bit cool in the space around you.
See if you can identify with it on your skin.
Just take a moment to feel the temp.
Of the air around you.
And then take a few moments to just check in with your body.
How's your body feel right now?
Are you drawn to any specific places inside of your body?
When you close your eyes and just feel.
Maybe your heart's racing slightly or maybe your tummy feels tight.
Maybe you get a gurgle because you're hungry,
Like I just did.
Where is your body?
What's it feel like right now?
Just be the observer.
You're not intercepting and trying to change anything.
Just observe.
And keep breathing your long,
Slow,
Deep breaths.
Starting to calm your nervous system down.
Calm your body.
Imagine that you're in.
Quite a small room.
About the size of a bathroom.
And you have.
.
.
Four walls.
Around you.
No door.
Just four walks.
Quite small.
Ooh,
Even worse.
Kind of like a potty potty.
Uhuhuhu.
Small,
Contained.
Place.
And just.
.
.
For a moment,
Feel.
That.
Feel that small.
Contained place.
If any of you have trouble with small places,
Just.
.
.
Breathe.
This is just imaginary.
You have all the space in the world around you,
Really.
You're just playing a little visualization game with me all is well you can do this.
Just a small space.
And imagine that this small space metaphorically stands for The Divide.
Between you and.
.
.
All the space in the world.
Outside.
Of this small.
And the four walls alike.
A division.
That you've created.
Maybe consciously.
Or subconsciously.
To protect yourself from the world.
To keep you safe.
But it's a little bit stifling.
It's a little bit.
Constrictive.
And you only notice this.
When you try and step out of this space.
How difficult it is for you since there's no door.
If you just sat in the middle and did absolutely nothing,
You'd probably be able to close your eyes and imagine that you're somewhere completely different.
But once you actually start to expand your circle.
Step out of your little box.
Go into the world and do new things.
You recognize that you've created this small box around you for your own protection.
It works but it makes it difficult.
To grow.
So we're going to do some.
.
.
Redecorated.
Imagine in your mind that you're pushing down the four walls and now you're in a room about the size of a bedroom.
Take your time and just push down those walls.
Open your space.
And sit down as if you're sat in meditation.
In this new space.
Space.
Because it's bigger,
Like a bedroom,
There's more things to it that you have to get used to.
Metaphorically like You know,
When you open up a little bit.
New people come into your life.
New situations.
And you have to take a minute to get used to it.
You have to take a minute to.
.
.
Relax into it.
Maybe you start to do something once a week and you go somewhere once a week.
And that's new for you.
And it's uncomfortable at first.
But then,
Just like the room,
You're sat in safe.
It starts to feel more comfortable once you've done it a few times.
Once you've been there a while.
Feel safe again.
In this bigger More.
Spacious room.
Allow yourself a few breaths to just.
.
.
Play along with me here and feel safe.
In this bigger space.
Calm your body.
Relax your shoulders.
Soften your jaw.
Tell yourself all is well.
We're safe.
Let's get a little bit braver.
Imagine that you're going to stand up and push down the four walls to this bedroom.
And when you push down the four walls to this bedroom.
You're opening yourself up to a whole.
.
.
Streak.
A whole street.
Of space.
You have your space,
An entire house.
Upstairs,
Downstairs,
A garden.
The front garden.
Back garden.
Good day.
Imagine yourself walking out onto your front garden and seeing that.
You have a whole street and houses involved.
Causing fall.
All of this metaphorically meaning that You.
Have expanded to the point where There's so many more people involved in your life.
So many more possibilities for different interactions.
Different situations.
Different emotions and feelings that could come up.
Because now you're allowing yourself to.
Not be so.
Small and defensive.
You're actually.
.
.
Being brave.
You're opening up.
A little bit more to a bigger space of the world.
Then yes,
Of course,
You're going to move to get used to.
The feelings and the emotions and the reactions to different interactions with others because every interaction with someone else will mirror back something about yourself if you're observant.
And that can be.
.
.
Just a little bit scary.
But for the sake of us playing.
Right down.
Trust yourself.
You're still safe.
You don't have to create that divide.
You can still be yourself.
You can still be authentic.
Cuckoo.
Weird.
Strange.
Whatever you are that's beautiful.
You're still feeling safe in this new.
.
.
Expanded world.
You have your house you can go to for quiet time.
Yes,
You have upstairs and downstairs and gardens and other rooms,
And it's a little bit more complicated,
But it's still your safe place.
But your being.
Open.
You're calling in more people to be close to.
To be friends with.
To hang a flag flip.
You're calling them in.
People that are your people.
People that will.
.
.
Help you to grow.
People that support you.
That love you to laugh with you.
People said.
Build you.
You're calling them.
Onto your street.
You're calling them into your space.
And you're being really brave.
And all the people that don't match those frequencies.
Know that you can handle yourself around those people too.
Just tell yourself.
Everyone is on a different path.
Not everyone is on my pump.
But it doesn't mean that there's anything wrong with their path.
Love them.
And wish them well.
But you're calling in your tribe.
You're calling in your hive of honeybees that are just like.
You.
In the sense that they have.
Compassion.
The conscious.
They're aware.
And the most important thing is that they are.
Trying to be the best that they can be.
Just like.
Now we're going to go braver.
We're gonna go even bigger.
But before we do,
I want you to just check in with yourself,
Kind of look down at your body and imagine that you see.
Some kind of white.
Field around you.
Whether that's like a YA.
Or a white light that's quite close,
Like your aura.
And this white light This feel that you have around you is just a visual reminder that you have the capacity to expel.
Reject Remove.
Kind of bounce off.
Anything.
That you don't want in your reality.
Imagine this white light around you.
It's just a visual reminder that you have the power.
And the choice.
To remove anything that's toxic.
Anything that doesn't serve you.
Out of your feel.
Just a little visual reminder there before we expand.
So be brave with me.
And imagine that.
You're pushing down the walls of your house.
Which is like Lego.
Pushing down the walls of the street.
You're not creating any bulk.
You're not putting walls around you.
You're not putting a divide.
From the rest of the world,
You're just.
.
.
Going to be you with your magical white light that gives you the common sense to just fend off people that aren't good for you.
It's not a divide.
It's Jess.
The power that you have.
And knowing that you have this power makes you braver.
Makes you trust yourself.
Because.
.
.
We just removed everything.
And we just plot you in the world.
Now you can fly places,
You can travel places,
You can wander off onto other streets.
Metaphorically meaning that you have no divide.
You're not making yourself small.
You have the ability to trust that you.
Trust yourself in any situational Habitat.
Anything that comes up.
You've got your own bag.
You call in your tribe.
You have friends.
You have loved ones that vibrate on your frequency.
You have people that you can let yourself.
Thank you.
For if needed.
Just like you would help them.
I want you to take just a few breaths.
And feel yourself without any.
.
.
Protection kind of like those boxes and those walls and those divides and the The behaviours.
That make you smile.
The lies that you tell yourself that make you small.
The things that you do that dim your light so that you think you're being approachable are.
Safe to be around for others.
Just feel yourself without any of that.
Feel yourself completely raw.
And open.
And whole.
And complete.
And if people love you,
They love you.
And if they don't,
They don't.
And so it is.
If people love you,
They love you.
And they'll be in your life.
And if they don't,
You wish them well.
And send them away with love.
Just trust in yourself.
Take some good long,
Slow,
Deep breaths.
You've got this.
You can do this.
Be big.
Be shiny.
Be who you are in the world.
And with that being said.
As a form of completion,
As a form of saying,
And so it is.
You can just gently open your eyes.
And come back into your reality.
With no walls.
Appreciation for the weirdness and the wonderfulness of who you are.
Ready to just go out there in the world and shine.
Namaste my friends.
