I had no idea this meditation would have such an effect on me. I've been looking for guided mediation meant for releasing the throat muscles because lately they have been really tense. Sometimes to the point I have trouble breathing and speaking. I went into this meditation thinking it would help me to relax those cramped muscles. Instead I really felt the therapeutic effect of it.
