Please make sure that you're comfortable.
As usual.
Close down your eyes.
Connect to your breath.
Notice where your breath is at,
Wherever it's at.
Don't try and slow it down or anything just yet,
Just notice your breath.
Maybe you're getting so good at practicing your meditations with me here that as soon as you start to do certain subtle movements with your body like get into position.
Your breath automatically starts to slow down.
It's like this ritual.
The ear.
Unconsciously or consciously acquiring,
Which is super cool.
So if that's the case,
Maybe your breath has already started to automatically slow down in response to knowing that you're going to meditate.
Which is awesome.
That's one of your goals.
So breathe long and slow and deep and just kind of settle into your body.
Where are you at today?
What's your body feel like in this moment?
Making no adjustments,
Just assessments.
Like,
Where are you at?
What do you feel like inside?
And what do you feel like on the outside of your body coming more to the surface,
More physical,
Any aches or pains or stiffness?
Heaviness,
Maybe you feel really light and open,
Just notice more of a physical about yourself.
And then I'd like to take you on a mental.
Journey,
Visualization journey.
Just so we can stay humble.
Imagine that.
With your eyes closed.
You're in this space.
The space is completely dark.
All around you.
Dark.
Silent space.
And there's nothing really to distract you.
Just this darkness.
You don't know.
If there's walls around you.
You don't know how big the room is.
There's no information,
It's just a space that you're in.
See if you can just settle into that.
This feeling of just being surrounded by space.
That's completely black.
There's no distractions.
No specific noises.
Inside of this space.
From your conscious level you may hear noises in your house and little things like that but if you imagine that you're soaking into you're dropping into.
This different vibration,
This different frequency.
In that space of darkness,
There's no noise.
Feel yourself dropping into it if possible.
Like you're pulling away from your awakened self.
Into another aspect of yourself.
Going deeper.
Pulling deeper inside of yourself.
Into this dark space.
And in this dark space you can imagine yourself laying down or seated Either way you're comfortable.
Now this is where I'd like you to start to open up your consciousness.
Just imagine that this space is God.
The space is.
Sauce.
Lie.
The divine.
And you're an aspect.
Of this.
Because within this space of consciousness is you.
And this space of consciousness is all that is.
It's God.
We'll call it God.
So just for the sake of it.
But you understand that this could mean.
.
.
Anything whatever resonates with you You're in.
The space you create.
Are that space.
You're not something foreign in it.
You are an aspect.
Of it.
And within that space.
Unbeknownst to you because you have no sight.
And no hearing.
No sound.
Every single being.
On the planet.
Is in that space with you.
As if you're all tiny,
Tiny little atoms in the darkness.
Ocean.
Trees.
All of the animals,
Every single insect.
And creature.
Is all in this space with you.
Now shift your mental way of looking at it.
And imagine that instead of being in this space with you.
Once again,
It is you.
You are this consciousness.
You are this space and within that space is every single person.
On this planet.
And everything that goes along.
With Earth.
You are that.
You're not just a part of it.
You are.
That as a whole.
And all of that is God.
And because this is God.
That means you also are God.
The trees are God.
The rivers,
The oceans,
The sky.
All of it.
The good and the bad.
It's all God.
Take a nice big deep breath and see if you can settle into that notion for a few breaths.
Now let's take it one step further.
Every person that's in this consciousness.
This darkness with you.
Every person.
They're all aspects of you.
The root is God.
But within that is all of this,
Including you.
This is known as oneness.
So when you hear that referred to,
This is what they're talking about.
This is oneness.
Think of all the different types of people on Earth,
All the variations of what we would call good and what we would call evil.
Think of all of those shades of black and white.
All of the variations.
The most worst,
Worst,
Evil,
Evil possible people.
And the most.
Angelic Humble.
Conscious,
Kind.
People.
All in this space.
With you.
In.
Oneness.
This is the truth of oneness.
It's not just the good.
In oneness.
It's all of it.
Every single aspect of existence.
All of the uglies we can do and all of the beautiful we can do.
How we can be of service and how we can destroy.
Is all within.
Each one of us.
Inside.
Of this consciousness of God.
See if you can breathe some breaths in just a moment settle into that.
For a moment.
Now that you know what is within this.
God,
Oneness,
Energy I'd like you to sit with the fact that you are.
And you are capable of.
Of all of those consciousnesses inside of this particular body.
Consciousness.
Within you is all of the dark?
And all of the light.
That's oneness.
So every time.
You see something.
On the planet.
That you don't lie.
Are someone's behavior.
That you don't resonate with.
Know that.
We are all.
Capable.
Of every aspect.
We could all.
Be dark.
Depending on our life situation or circumstances.
And with that knowing that within oneness and that God has not just chosen the good,
He's chosen all of it.
Darkness is part of God too.
Then.
We have to stay humble.
Knowing that we are all equal.
That exists.
We don't just choose to be the good parts.
We're all of it.
That's why Jesus always said to treat others like you would treat yourself.
Adds the deeper meaning.
That's exactly what he's talking about.
So if you bring your consciousness back into that little cocoon of yours in that dark space with no sound,
No vision.
A place where it's just quiet and peaceful.
A place where I put you in when we started.
Bring yourself back into that solitary space for a moment if you can.
Just be aware of you.
Your breath.
Your body.
Be aware of your sit bones and what it feels like.
Earth underneath them.
And just a little reminder that most of the time,
This is the aspect of what we see.
The way that we see the world through the me,
Myself and I.
This small little place.
And it's good for our humility to see.
It from a bigger perspective sometimes.
Just as a reminder that yes,
You are God.
But just remember.
All that is contained within that energy.
Is also you.
And with that,
I'm going to count to three and you can open your eyes and come back into this space.
