I'd like you to just check in with your body.

Make sure that your spine is nice and straight.

Slow down your breathing so it's nice and calm and slow.

With your eyes closed,

You may notice different noises in your space.

Along with my voice,

You may notice just humming or noises from outside or whatever it is.

Just listen to your space now that you're quiet.

On this next exhale,

Pull down your shoulders,

Move them away from your ears.

On your next exhale,

See if you can soften your jaw,

Your cheeks,

All the tiny little muscles in your face.

Relax your face.

Pull your attention down to the base of your spine.

Feel your sit bones on the chair,

On the ground.

Feel the connection to the earth.

So whatever it is that is outside of your body that your sit bones are on,

See if you can just register the sensation and the feeling of it.

Does it feel soft?

Does it feel hard?

And then feel it from the inside,

Not from your skin,

But from your sit bone perspective.

So go deeper into your body.

What do your bones feel like as they sit on this surface,

This earth connection,

Whether it's a chair,

The ground,

A mat,

Just feel it in your sit bones.

On this next breath,

Take it all the way down to the base of your spine and start to breathe down into that space.

So pull your breath down into the very root,

The base of your spine,

Your root chakra,

Starting to breathe down into that part of your being.

And when you breathe out,

See if you can sense a heaviness in that part of your body,

Where your coccyx is,

Your perineum.

See if you can kind of just focus into that part of your body,

Sense that part of your skin,

Feel it.

See if you can become hyper aware.

That's right where your root chakra lies,

Right down there at the base of your spine.

Start to imagine in your mind that you can see that deep,

Rusty,

Brilliant red down there at base of your spine.

Just create that.

It's a donor or some kind of deep red desert in Australia,

That rich,

Deep red earth.

And it's heavy.

The energy of your root chakra is quite dense and heavy.

But down here is everything that's safe.

Relax your shoulders even more and put yourself mentally in this place of your being.

You feel safe because in this part of your being,

Down here,

When all is well,

Which it is right now,

Because this is your reality,

You're fed,

You're warm,

You're protected and you have all that you need in this moment.

When you breathe,

Really breathe that knowledge and that wisdom in.

Breathe that in that you're fed,

You're warm,

You're safe and protected.

In this space,

You're free to be exactly who you are.

And you're still warm and safe.

You're being nurtured and protected.

Just you as you are.

Nothing needs to be fixed.

Nothing needs to be changed.

Just a feeling of whole and completeness.

As if you're swimming around on your back,

Completely relaxed in this dark,

Rich,

Nurturing earth that's all around you.

And you're solid.

You feel balanced and safe.

Now I'd like you to imagine that you're moving up,

You're swimming up your own spine and you're moving up into your sacral chakra.

You start to see an orange light all around you.

And as you move into this orange space,

You relax back into it,

As if you're swimming in this orange,

Rich,

Rusty energy.

And you can feel the pleasure of just being able to float on your back to be held.

Once again,

You're completely safe.

But in this space,

In this fluid,

This earth,

You feel everything.

You feel the tingle of the orange energy all over your skin.

The sensation,

The warmth,

As if you're floating in this warm cocoon of orange light.

This is all about feeling.

Your feelings and how you deserve to feel this kind of pleasure.

This kind of safety.

It feels silky,

Smooth,

As if you're floating in some kind of essence that's full of like a feeling of luxury.

This feels comfortable,

Natural.

In your mind,

See that rich,

Rusty orange.

Like a flame feeding you all of this pleasurable feelings and sensations.

Just enjoying the sensation and the feeling of being alive in this space.

You deserve to feel good.

See yourself swimming up your spine.

See yourself swimming higher into your solar plexus,

Above your belly button.

Start to settle into this fluid of bright yellow,

Golden light.

Lay back and float in the gold.

In your mind,

See yourself in a star shape with your legs wide open,

Your arms out to the sides,

Completely open.

Nothing to hide in this space.

You're not small.

Take up space.

Take up as much of this gold that you can possibly consume.

Pull it in through your hands.

Pull it in through your skin.

Take it because you deserve it.

You're worthy of it.

Keep your breath nice and long and slow.

Just absorb this golden energy.

This is about you being worthy.

And you in this moment,

In this golden fluid of energy all around your body,

There's no question that you're worthy.

Just feel the acceptance of this golden energy.

Just feel the acceptance of it.

What does it feel like to be completely comfortable in your body,

Not questioning anything,

No question about any of this?

It just is.

And you are.

Simple as that.

And you start to get that sense that you need to move,

Shimmy your way up your spine,

Move into your heart chakra,

Starting to surround yourself with this emerald,

Golden energy.

Flowing into it,

Let yourself float on your back.

Start to absorb this green,

Bright green,

Emerald light.

Feel as if you're completely held,

Accepted.

This energy feels like you're being cuddled,

Like the bestest hug ever.

You can just relax into it and breathe into it.

You know,

One of those hugs that just feels so good.

And you can let yourself literally fall because you know that you're safe.

This is your own love that's all around you.

You don't need anything from the outside.

You've got some good energy in this space.

Your hugs are the best.

There's no sadness.

There's nothing like that.

You just feel full of this bright,

Green,

Loving light.

And just lay back and relax in it.

Take a nice,

Big,

Deep breath.

Absorb it all the way down to your toes.

Oh,

It's yummy.

I can feel it.

It's so yummy in this space,

Just floating in the space of love.

Let's swim.

Let's take an adventure.

Moving higher up your spine,

Up into your throat chakra,

Starting to swim towards the blue.

And once you reach the throat,

Lay back,

Relax,

Float into it.

Let's start to feel the energy in this space.

Take a nice,

Big,

Deep breath and absorb the blue light all around you,

Holding you.

Here,

You feel completely at peace with your own voice.

Feel the blue light swirling around your throat and the rest of your body.

Your throat is open.

Your heart is behind your throat.

Your solar plexus is behind your heart and your throat.

Your sacral chakra,

The pleasure of everything,

Is behind the way that you feel about your self-worth,

Is behind your self-love,

Is behind your thinking,

Your truth.

It's all connected.

And this chakra allows you to completely express who you are in your truth,

Only truth,

Truth to yourself and truth to the rest of the world.

And it feels really easy because you're worth it.

You're worth being heard.

You're worth not changing,

Not trying to please.

You're worth just speaking your thoughts,

Your emotions,

Your truth.

And it all flows out so easy and naturally in this space.

Just float and enjoy that feeling.

You're so worth this.

Speaking your truth feels really good.

Your authentic self is something really,

Really special and it feels good to just express it.

A nice,

Big,

Deep breath in,

Breathing all of that feeling,

That yummy feeling,

That comfortable feeling,

Feeling so comfortable about yourself.

And let's swim just a little bit higher,

Moving up into your inner sight,

Your third eye area,

Moving up into where it's all clear,

Surrounding yourself in that indigo night color,

As if you're floating in that perfect blue night time sky.

And you can see everything down below.

You can see yourself,

Most importantly.

And in this space as you swim in this deep,

Rich night sky,

Blue indigo color,

As if it's holding you,

Just like an eagle looking down with this upper,

Higher perspective.

See yourself down there and see all the time that you've wasted not feeling worthy enough to take life,

To grab a hold of what's yours,

To have experiences that you know you deserve and desire.

Open your mind's eye and see that you can give yourself grace,

Grace for the past,

But also let yourself be excited about the future.

With this inner sight,

You have the knowing.

Deep down,

You always have the voice of your knowing inside of you.

This is the voice that tells you what you really need to feel.

This is your knowing.

You see clearly in this part of your being.

Look down and see yourself clearly.

See how magical and special and individual you are.

Precious,

Because there's only you like you.

There's only one like you.

See your light.

Imagine that you're like a little light bulb down there and you need to shine that on the rest of the world.

Stop dimming it with old beliefs,

Right?

Up here,

You can see the truth.

You can see how big you shine.

No illusion here.

You can see the truth.

And that light is present on earth for a reason.

Your light is here for a reason and I'm sure it's not to hide or to be small.

You know deep down inside what your light is for.

You know.

Take a nice,

Big,

Deep breath and accept that because that's going to be part of your next chapter.

Let's swim to our final destination.

Imagine you're swimming even higher all the way up to the top of your crown.

Up to your crown chakra where it's violet and bright and white.

It's really,

Really shiny up here.

Super clear.

The brightness feels tingly on your skin and you feel open,

Completely open and expansive because this is all about cosmic connection.

This space that you're swimming in,

Lay back,

Relax,

Take it in.

This is you connecting to all that is.

Your home,

The place where you're from.

This brilliant light is you.

You see how magnificent of a creation you are in this space and everyone else around you.

Every being,

Every animal,

Every plant,

Every rock,

The ocean,

The sky.

How blessed we are to be connected to all that is.

And we are significant and we do play a role.

Your energy,

Your light is important.

It's connected to everything else.

Like the microchondria,

We're all interconnected.

And if you are your authentic self,

You really,

Really can light up the world.

Deep down inside of us,

We all know that we're here to be of service.

That's why it feels good when we do something good for somebody else.

It's an inner connection that we all feel.

We cannot be good for others if we can't even take on the simple task of being good to ourselves.

Otherwise,

It's just people pleasing.

It's just a fake facade.

Because you don't truly know it unless you feel it for yourself.

When you feel complete worth and acceptance and self-respect,

There's no judgment.

There's no jealousy.

Up here in this light,

You're just everything beautiful.

Your true self.

Take a nice,

Big,

Deep breath.

Breathe it all the way through your body.

See if you can breathe all the way down to your toes,

All the way down to your fingertips.

Feel this light,

This connection to all of your power,

All of your light,

Everything that's all connected.

You are a part of that.

Breathe that into your body.

One big final breath.

And as you breathe out,

Just feel a sense of your whole being.

Acknowledge the way that you feel in this moment.

Know that you're ready for whatever comes your way.
