My name is Cori,
Let's meditate together.
Close down your eyes if you haven't done so already.
I'm sure you're in a comfortable seated position,
Ready to meditate.
If not,
Get comfortable.
Make sure that your shoulders are pulled down away from your ears,
So that you start to give your body a sense of relaxation.
Make sure that your spine is nice and straight.
And finally start to slow down your breath.
Slow down the pace of your breathing so that it sends signals to the brain to start to quieten down.
It sends signals to the sympathetic nervous system,
The parasympathetic nervous system to let it know that we're okay,
All is well in the world.
You can be in a space that feels peaceful,
Your body feels at ease.
This is all coming from the signals that the brain receives from your breath,
So slowing down your breath is super important.
Feel into your body and if there's anything that feels uncomfortable,
Adjust.
Don't feel like you have to sit in your meditation position,
Uncomfortable.
Settle into the pace of your breath.
I'd like you to bring all of your focus and attention up to the middle of your forehead,
Up to where your third eye resides,
The seat of the soul.
This is your space where everything is unlimited.
No limitations.
Here is the space,
Your third eye,
That's all about illusion,
The truth of reality.
It's all about diving into the other realms,
Journeying on the inner to different dimensions and spaces in time.
Your third eye is blocked by illusion.
It gets confused by this reality and the illusions that we have here.
Most of those illusions are created by something that isn't true universal information.
What I mean by that is the illusion of this reality here on earth can create blockages so that we can't see the real truth of the universe and who we are in our full power.
Being able to see the world through your inner sight creates a whole different illusion,
A whole different reality than that which we see through our two physical eyes.
Depending on how you are with your inner sight,
Depending on how keen it is,
Whether you don't tend to see in your journeys,
You sense or feel,
It doesn't matter,
But let's do a little bit of third eye work today just so that we can make it more acute so that you can get some ease in the sense of maybe you'll see the world differently.
And then if you're feeling heavy or happy or depressed,
Wherever you're at in your emotional state today,
When you sit down to do this meditation,
You'll get a glimmer of light that comes through a different type of reality.
What I'd like you to do is allow your eyes,
Your physical eyes to roll up into your head as if you're looking into the middle of your forehead.
So don't strain your eyes too much,
Your physical eyes too much,
But just allow them to look up as if they're looking into that space above your eyes.
They might start to flicker and move a little bit and that's very normal.
Stare up as if you're staring into that space in the middle of your forehead.
And when you see that space,
It might just look like a big black space,
A big nothingness right there in front of your eyes,
That's okay.
It feels very interesting because when I ask you to look up into that space,
It feels as if you're using your physical eyes to look up into that space,
Even though your eyes are closed,
But we're also activating the third eye when we do this practice.
So just bear with me.
So as you stare up into that space in the middle of your forehead,
I'd like you to start to use your imagination as well as memory in this little exercise,
This practice that we're doing to get some light into our world.
So as you look up,
I'd like you to imagine,
Just use your imagination,
Imagine that you're stirred in front of your bedroom door at home,
Your bedroom door.
Imagine it's closed and the bedroom is on the other side of it.
This is just playing,
This is just using your imagination.
Your bedroom is on the other side of it,
Whatever that door looks like,
There might not be a door in your space to your bedroom,
It might be all open.
If that's the case,
Then imagine that you're standing in front of your actual front door of your home before you enter into your home.
Otherwise,
Either way,
We're imagining that we're standing in front of a door.
Use your memory,
You've seen this door many,
Many times,
So use your memory and start to look at the door as if you're standing there in front of it.
Notice all the little details about the door,
The size of it,
The colour.
Using your memory,
Right,
Stare through the darkness,
Stare through the space so that you can see your door.
Just like you've seen so many times,
Maybe the door has panels on it or maybe it has a window in it or some kind of pattern on it.
Do you see a door handle or a doorknob?
What colour is it?
When I count to three in just a few moments,
We're going to walk through the door,
But instead of it being your home or your bedroom,
It's actually going to be as if you're walking into a space that's like a platform that leads to the whole entire cosmos.
So you'll look as if you're walking into a space that's like a platform that looks out into outer space.
I'm going to say one in just a few moments and when I do,
You'll open your door or slide your door.
On two,
You'll walk through the doorway,
That space,
And on three,
You'll close the door behind you and find yourself standing on some kind of platform that leads to outer space,
The whole entire universe there in front of you.
One,
Two,
Three.
Just look down at your feet first of all.
Look at what you're standing on.
You can whittle your toes and feel the surface of whatever it is that you're standing on.
And then if you look up and look out into that space there in front of you,
Just allow yourself to take it all in.
Take in that marvelous sight that you're staring at.
Take some nice,
Big,
Deep breaths and allow yourself to be present in this space,
Looking at all the stars and the planets.
Let yourself think from this perspective,
Standing here looking out into the universe,
Who you are,
Who am I in all of this,
And maybe your lifetime is just a blip,
This lifetime that can get so complicated,
That can be so beautiful and yet sometimes so heavy.
Maybe it's just a blip in this time,
A blip in this space,
In the bigger picture of everything that's happening.
And every single thing that happens is a gift,
A lesson to experience and learn through and grow through.
Maybe the universe knows exactly what it's doing when it sends you the things that are taking place in your reality.
Trust that the universe knows exactly what you need.
In your body,
You're going to start to feel very light,
Spacious.
You'll notice that gently,
Slowly,
In a very safe way,
Your feet will start to slowly lift off the platform,
Starting to float like a balloon.
Let yourself trust and be weightless,
Trust and just start to float up into that space there in front of you,
Feeling lighter and lighter,
More and more open.
Imagine that your body and your mind,
Your whole being is completely transparent and empty,
As if you're just a tiny little particle floating in the space.
A blip,
A tiny little aspect of what everything else is around you,
Barely noticeable.
Imagine that you're just floating on your back,
Slowly moving,
Taking it all in.
Stars and planets passing by,
And you're just being moved in this space,
Naturally.
Notice in your body how you feel as if you're a part of everything around you.
A minute part of all of this,
The bigger picture.
A part of all that is.
Allow that to register in your mind,
If you can,
That you're a part of all that is.
A beautiful,
Precious,
Individual part of everything in the universe.
And whether you're going through tough times or good times,
It doesn't take away the fact that you are magnificent,
Unique,
Very,
Very special.
Not one single particle in this universe is you,
Just you.
Your unique self makes a part of all of this around you.
So whatever your reality feels like on Earth,
In that space down below,
Know that this is who you really are.
This can't be taken away from you.
No matter what's going on in your world,
You're always this,
This special,
This unique part of everything else here.
You're part of the plan.
How cool is that?
I'm going to count to three,
And when I get to three,
You'll feel yourself gently land back on the platform.
One,
Two,
Three.
Feet safely on the ground,
Turning around and seeing that door there that you came through.
When I count to three once again,
On one,
You'll open the door,
On two,
You'll walk through the doorway,
And on three,
You'll close that door behind you and find yourself in your current space that you're sat in right now.
Meditating and you can gently open your eyes at that time.
I'm going to count to three.
One,
Two,
Three.
Gently opening your eyes,
Coming back into your space.
The real reality for now of who you are.
This part of who you are.
Just gently move your fingers or your toes,
Feel your physical body.
Coming back into this wonderful,
Beautiful body of yours.
Maybe having a moment of gratitude that we have this day,
We have this breath,
We have each other.
Namaste to that,
My friends.
