Let's do our meditation together.
Straighten your spine and close down your eyes.
Let's close out the rest of the world so that we can pull our attention in.
Focus inwards.
Take your attention to your throat.
And just breathe your normal breath in.
Normal breath first of all,
But focus on the throat's perspective of the feelings and sensations of your normal breath.
Whatever the speed,
The depth is,
Just go with normal first.
But feel it from the back of your throat,
The front of your throat.
Feel your breath.
Slow down your breathing.
Mindfully breathe in through your nose and out through your nose.
And take longer,
Slower,
Deeper breaths.
Feel the sensations in your throat once again.
Notice the difference.
If you pay really close attention,
You'll feel a slight pressure from the top of your throat,
A slight constriction when you breathe in.
And when you exhale,
It feels like an expansion,
An opening from the bottom part of your throat.
Starting in the center and flowing out.
See if you can feel those sensations.
Let's do a little test.
It's very,
Very subtle.
Be as quiet and still as you possibly can.
And I want you to recognize that your actual throat very subconsciously reacts constantly to your choice of words.
If you say out loud,
I love you,
I love you,
I love you.
Just keep saying it,
I love you,
And feel your voice,
Feel your throat.
It feels soft,
It feels relaxed,
It feels open.
I love you.
Now change it,
I hate you.
Let the energy build up,
You'll feel it move up from your heart space up into your throat,
I hate you.
Feel that word,
I hate you.
Feel the constriction.
You feel it on the sides of your throat,
Underneath your ears.
Your throat might get a little bit tighter.
You might also want to swallow.
This is happening constantly with your choice of words.
Let's just say a few I love yous.
I love you.
I love you.
Let your throat soften once again,
Come into a nice,
Gentle,
Soft,
Relaxed place.
I love you.
Don't tell me there's not energy in language,
That words don't hold energy.
Your body subconsciously is completely aware of the power and the energy in your words.
And your throat instantly tightens like it doesn't like it when you speak your I hate yous versus I love yous.
The I love yous feel warm,
They feel like home,
They feel comforting.
Your shoulders relax,
Your body softens.
When you say I hate you,
Your whole face changes.
You tighten,
You contract,
You get small.
Just know that this is your power.
Now leave that behind.
What I'd like you to do is imagine that there's an elevator there in front of you.
You take a couple of steps forward and you start to walk towards the elevator.
You notice that there's a panel of numbers on the side on the left.
And there's a number at the top that says sky.
That's the one that you're going to press.
You allow the elevator to come down,
You can hear it moving,
Coming down towards your level.
It makes that noise as if it's settling and stopping and the doors ping open.
And you take yourself inside of the elevator,
Which is completely empty.
And you press the sky button on the inside.
And the doors close.
And the elevator starts to move and make its noises,
Feeling as if you can sense that you're moving up through different floors until it gets to the sky level.
And when the doors open,
You find yourself on the roof of the building.
It's a very high,
Tall building.
It has a railing around so you're safe.
There's no way that you can fall off the edge or anything.
But what pulls your attention,
What draws your attention is it feels like you're in the clouds.
It feels so high up in the sky.
Bright,
Blue,
Beautiful sky.
The big clouds and you have a 360 view,
Slowly turning your body around.
Just looking at this amazing sky.
There's nothing down below that you can see.
All you can see,
All the way around,
Is sky.
Looking at the clouds,
I'm going to help you to set an intention on this next meditation exercise.
Imagine these clouds and the sky as different people in your life.
Each cloud representing different people.
Maybe it's your partner.
Maybe it's your parent.
Maybe one of the clouds is your boss.
Maybe some of the clouds are your children.
Let the clouds start to be represented in your mind.
Maybe they shift a little bit and start to form the face of that person.
So you can see them there in that cloud.
You can see their nose and their eyes and their hair.
Pick just one at first.
One that you're going to focus on first of all.
It's a space of practice,
A space of freeing your voice.
Allowing you to speak your truth to this person in the most non-violent way of communication that you can strum up.
Remember to speak facts,
Not judgements.
Remember to say how you feel,
Not how they make you feel.
Remember that you want to express your safety,
A level of respect,
Your expectations.
I'm going to go quiet so that you can communicate a conversation of something that needs to be said between you and this person.
And have them just listening.
And maybe they do respond in the conversation,
But you respond from a place of safety.
You feel comfortable and calm.
You listen with empathy and understanding,
But you also have your boundaries and your needs and wants.
Let's see if you can just practice with this person communication.
What do you want to say?
What needs to be said?
This is practice,
So be kind to yourself.
If you catch yourself using old forms of language,
Remember express without judgement.
You're not attacking,
You're just speaking clearly your feelings,
Your truth.
Know that even though this is from an energy perspective,
In this astral reality,
You're communicating with this being.
In the physical reality,
Everything is affected by our energy.
So even though this isn't taking place in the physical,
In the astral it's taking place.
The energy of it is taking place.
And the energy can be just as powerful as the physical.
So allow yourself to express,
Allow yourself to unload,
To speak your truth.
Know that you're in a safe place.
You may find yourself tripping up,
Blaming,
Or not realizing how you communicate in your mind.
That's very normal.
Just see if you can re-script it and say it differently if you catch yourself.
I'm going to give you one more minute.
During this last minute,
Think about why you're speaking your truth.
How you deserve to be able to express yourself.
How you respect yourself enough to do this so that you can be honest,
You can be authentic,
And have real relationships.
It's time.
Know that the clouds are here for you whenever you need to come up in the elevator.
Just press the sky button,
Come up onto the roof,
And speak your truth.
To be able to just come up here and speak your truth,
Safely,
So that eventually you can do it in reality just as easy.
But for now,
We'll just let the sky go back to being a sky.
Make your way back to the elevator.
And on the panel on the left,
Press the ground button.
And let the elevator come up to your level.
Let it ping,
Open,
Walk inside.
Press the ground button once again.
Let's go down,
Descend,
Lower and lower.
Until it hits the ground,
You feel that little shake,
The doors open.
And as the doors open and you walk out of that elevator,
You can open your eyes and come back into your space.
Knowing that you've got a place of free,
Honest,
Clear communication where you can go.
And express whenever you need to.
Namaste,
My friends.
