
Light Healing For Grief | Guided
Step into the shared field of the collective consciousness, a sacred space woven from universal love and compassion. Here, you’ll be gently guided to release the weight of grief, allowing waves of pure healing light to flow into your heart chakra and physical heart. This is a place of deep restoration, where your heart remembers its wholeness and beats again with peace.

Let your shoulders really relax.
Let's do that again and put all your effort into it.
Big,
Deep breath in through your nose.
Sigh,
Release,
Make some noise.
Let it go.
And then start to just let your breath fall into a nice,
Slow pace.
Find a pace that feels relaxing.
Close down your eyes if you haven't done so already.
On your next exhale,
Pull your shoulders down away from your ears.
Really let them get heavy.
And focus on that for the next couple of breaths,
Just pulling down your shoulders,
Releasing any tension in your shoulders.
And then take all your focus and attention down into your feet and become aware of your feet.
Notice the feelings on the outside of your feet.
So if you're wearing anything that's covering your feet,
See if you can feel the sensation of what that feels like on your skin.
Or if you're barefoot,
See if you can feel the air around your feet.
Feel the inside of your feet.
Go to the tips of your toes and see if you can feel any tingling in your feet.
And use your mind to communicate with your body.
Start to say internally,
It's time to relax.
Talk to your feet,
It's time to relax,
It's time to get heavy.
And see if you can make your feet respond.
Let your feet get a sense or a feeling,
An overall feeling that they're getting heavier.
Sinking just a little bit deeper into the ground or into your chair.
And moving your attention up into your ankles.
Be aware of the inside of your ankles,
The outside of your ankles.
Just feel the overall sensations in your ankles.
And tell your ankles it's time to relax.
Move up into your lower legs.
Feel the calf muscles in the back of your legs,
Let them relax.
Let everything soften.
Move up into your knees and feel the knees,
The inside.
Imagine in your mind,
All the tendons relaxing,
Everything's softening.
Pull your focus up into your thighs,
The muscles in the front and the back.
Use your mind and tell them to relax,
Time to get heavy.
And feel into your sit bones and your lower back,
Your hips.
Put all of your attention onto that part of your body.
See if you can let your hips surrender.
And when you do that,
Let them feel as if they're just kind of opening and letting go.
Keep your spine nice and straight,
But relax the rest of your body around your spine.
See if you can soften your ribs.
Relax your arms and your shoulders.
Let everything start to feel heavier.
Focus on the back of your neck.
Feel the muscles across the back of your shoulders.
Take a breath into that space and connect with the heat back there.
And just imagine that the heat is warming the muscles,
Relaxing them in the back of your neck.
Soften your scalp.
Feel the top of your head.
And in your mind,
Just imagine all of the follicles,
All of your scalp softening and relaxing.
The relaxation moves down over onto your forehead.
Soften in your eyebrows and the space around your eyes.
Let any tension that you might have in your face start to melt away.
Tell your face,
Your cheeks,
Your jaw,
It's time to relax.
And with your eyes closed,
Staring out into that space there in front of your mouth,
That big wide open space.
Starting to use your imagination.
Imagine that there's 10 steps going down there in front of your mind.
Take a couple of steps forward until you stop and find yourself standing at the top of the 10 steps and you can peer down those stairs all the way down.
At the bottom of the stairs,
There's a hallway that leads to another staircase.
And I'll tell you about that when we get down there.
But for now,
Just look down at your feet.
And if you're wearing anything on your feet,
Kick off your socks and your shoes in your mind so that you're barefoot on that top step.
You can whittle your toes and feel the step underneath your feet.
Really connect to it so that you can feel the texture,
The temperature.
Looking down those 10 steps,
What are your stairs made of?
Notice when you look to the left and look to the right,
If you can see anything on your staircase.
Just be observant.
Let your mind's eye really get focused.
You can look down at your feet again and whittle your toes and watch your toes whittle.
We're going to go down these 10 steps.
And as you go down the 10 steps,
Your body will automatically respond by relaxing more and more with every step.
Going into a deeper state of trance with every step that you take,
You will feel very floaty and soft and relaxed and comfortable.
Know that you're safe on this journey and I'm right there with you.
Starting with whatever foot you want to start with.
Let's go down the 10 steps together.

Feel those steps underneath your feet so that you're really,
Really connecting.

Finding yourself at the bottom of the 10 steps looking straight forward.
You'll see a staircase there in front of you.
It's 15 steps going up.
These 15 steps will take us to a place where we can receive divine healing.
I'd like you to take about five steps forward until you find yourself at the bottom of the 15 steps.
Looking at this very special staircase.
These 15 steps take us to a particular vibration in the collective consciousness,
A place where there's guides,
Angels,
Masters that can come in many different forms.
They come in the form of a doctor,
Even sometimes,
As we're going for divine healing.
So I'd like you to keep your mind wide open.
Just allow yourself to experience whatever it is that's waiting there for you.
Starting with your chosen foot,
We're going to go up these 15 steps.
When we get to the top,
You'll find a platform.
There'll be a room following on from this platform with a bed in it.
A bed could look like a couch or like a hospital bed,
Whatever your mind wants to create when we get there.
Like I said,
Stay wide open.
Starting with your foot that you want to start with,
Let's go up the 15 steps to receive divine healing for our grieving hearts.

Finding yourself here at the top of the 15 step platform,
Seeing a space,
A room there in front of you with some kind of bed where you can go in and lay down.
Taking your time,
I'd like you to do just that.
Be observant of your space,
What you see,
What you feel.
Once you've laid down and you're comfortable,
Internally in your mind,
Say,
I am here for my divine healing.
Just breathe.
You can close down your eyes and start to allow your body to fully relax.
You may see beings in this space or you may sense beings in this space or you may want to just keep your eyes closed and allow the sensations and the feelings of the healing to just be what you experience.
The first thing that you're going to envision to help the healing is a color.
I'd like you to start to just feel a warm golden light as if the sun is shining down on you from the sky.
So you can have your eyes open so that you can see the golden light or you can close down your eyes and just feel it on your skin,
This warm golden light.
Feel it on your face,
Feel it on your arms and your hands.
Notice your whole body just starting to feel very relaxed,
Cozy and comfortable.
Feel all your muscles softening under the warmth.
Just preparing your body to fully relax and surrender.
Know that you are safe.
This is a very special place.
And then focused directly over your heart,
Start to experience the light that is gold changing into a brilliant green.
Emerald light,
More direct,
More like a big wide blazer of light shining down into the center of your chest.
Start to feel as if this green emerald light is allowing your heart space to relax and open.
You can see in your mind as if your heart space was like a lotus and all the petals are starting to slowly open back to expose the center of your chest,
Your precious heart and your heart space.
See if you can really let this process happen.
Trust,
Trust in yourself to allow your heart to open.
Let your shoulders pull back,
Let your ribs and your chest feel as if it's lifting and opening slightly.
Really,
Really let that part of your body expand.
So this brilliant green emerald light is just blasting into the center of your chest and allowing it to fully,
Completely open.
And now that your center,
Your heart space is open,
Watch as the light changes from green to blue.
This bright,
Bright blue light shining into your heart space.
The light has a clearing,
Cleansing property.
It's here so that it can take away all of your old pains.
Allow the blue light to just shine into your chest.
Imagine in your mind that it's clearing out all of your old hurts and wounds and pains,
Like a washing machine just coming in and doing a full wash cycle.
And as it spins the light around inside of your chest,
It's gathering all of those old hidden,
Really,
Really subconscious pains that you carry around with you.
They come in the form of grief.
Imagine it's pulling it all out from the sides,
Like a candy floss maker.
It's just pulling it all into one big swirly mass in the middle of your chest.
And as it gathers it all together and cleanses it all out of that space,
It pulls it out and then disperses and the light changes to violet.
And now you have a beam of violet light shining into your heart space,
Your heart chakra.
It's almost white,
Like a white,
Violet light,
But super,
Super bright.
This light is all about connection.
This light holds the vibration of pure,
Unconditional love.
And it's filling this hole in your chest.
This unconditional love contains self-love,
Love for all beings,
Love for the experience of life itself.
And it's blasting into your heart space,
Filling your physical heart,
Filling the center of your chest,
Just filling it with that vibration of light.
Sealing up all the spaces,
Reviving all that was once lying dormant and dead and quiet.
It's bringing everything back to life.
And with that self-love comes trust,
Trust in your ability to be able to love and lose and love and lose and love and lose throughout the rest of your life.
And be grateful for the experience of the fullness of life that you're holding on to.
The full experience.
Because you deserve it.
You deserve the rich,
Full experience that life can bring.
And you can handle it.
Once that space feels completely full,
All the way up to your throat,
All the way down to your abdomen,
Packed full of this violet light,
This high vibrational light.
Then the whole light over your body changes to gold once again.
And now you feel that warmth back.
You can feel it on your face.
You can feel it throughout your whole body,
This warm glow.
And when you open your eyes there on the bed,
You find that you're there alone.
And you can stand up and make your way to the top of the 15 steps.
We're going to come down the 15 steps and find ourselves at the bottom of the 10 steps that we originally came down.
Coming down the 15 steps,
First of all,

Bring in this new sense of self with you.

Be aware of the sensations and the feelings in your body.
Take note of what you feel like right now.
