Close down your eyes if you haven't done so already.
Make sure that you're comfy.
Let's meditate together.
First things first,
Go to your breath and start to breathe slow.
Lengthening your breath so you're taking in longer,
Slower breaths.
And as you slow down the breath,
Start to feel into the rest of your body.
Feel your breath,
Feel your chest,
Your abdomen,
Your throat.
The main area is that it feels like your breath is touching and kind of kissing as you breathe in and as you breathe out.
But see if you can expand your awareness.
Breathing in,
Feel your shoulders,
Feel your arms as you breathe in.
As you breathe out,
Feel your sit bones,
Your root chakra,
The base of your spine.
Expand your awareness bit by bit down into your legs,
Up into the top of your head.
It's like you're getting a gentle reading of where your body is at.
Allowing this silence and this stillness to let you feel everything about yourself.
And then settle down into a pace with your breath that feels maintainable.
Something that doesn't feel too deep,
Too strained or anything.
Just settle into a breath that feels easy and casual to maintain.
Notice the surrounding noises.
If there's anything in your body that's speaking to you,
Then it will probably be speaking to you in the background.
Maybe some aches or pains or maybe it just feels really good today.
And when you've given yourself a few of those sweet breaths to settle and become very present into your meditation and your self-awareness,
Take all of your attention up to the top of your head.
Feel the top of your head first of all and see if you can,
With your breath and your imagination,
Just sweep through the top of your head.
Feel into the left side of your head.
Feel into the right side of your head as you breathe and relax.
Take your awareness to the back and feel the back of your head.
Come down the back of your head into the back of your neck.
Just brief connections.
Move lower and feel the back of your shoulders.
Sweep your attention down the back of your arms.
Feels different than general all over.
Pay attention and go just down the back of your arms,
The back of your elbows,
All the way down into the palms of your hands.
Pay attention as you flow gently with your connection to your body down the back of your spine.
Slowly traveling down through the top of your back.
Move down the back of your thighs.
Down over your calf muscles from the back.
All the way down into your heels and then under your feet to the tips of underneath your toes.
Just having full connection and awareness of your back body.
Pay attention to the front so much.
And imagine everything from your past is seen so clearly from this back body,
Like your back body represents the past.
And if you were an observer and you were just standing behind yourself,
Looking at the back of your head,
The back of your mind,
The back of your shoulders,
What you carry,
The burdens down your spine,
Representing your support,
Your connection to finances,
Whether you have help.
Going down to your hips,
Looking at the stability from your past perspective.
Looking at your legs,
Your way of going from the past,
Your feet.
Look at your feet from the back.
Imagine that you're seeing yourself and everything that you've lived already,
The way that you've done things already on this back body.
And then in your mind,
See a beautiful shower above your head.
One of those big,
Glorious shower heads.
And you can be in it,
Feeling it,
Or you can be the observer watching it.
But watch how the water falls on the top of your head,
Falls down the back,
Over all of those past memories,
All of the mind.
Flows down over all of your things that you carry,
The weight of it in your shoulders,
Down over your back.
Imagine it's washing everything,
Like a car wash.
The shower's washing everything away.
Just imagine that this is very,
Very,
Being able to be under this shower and just wash everything heavy away from your past.
And you can literally,
Metaphorically see it being washed away,
So that you have a nice,
Clean body at the back.
Bright and fresh and clean.
Glide,
Moving down over your forehead,
Just feel it.
Move down into your face,
Down into the front,
Down over the front of your throat,
Over your chest.
Sweep down the front of your arms.
Feel them,
Just feel,
Down to your elbows,
The tops of your hands,
The tops of your fingers.
Get yourself connected with this front part of your body.
Feel the front of your lower abdomen and your hips.
Sweep your attention over the front of your thighs,
All the way down to the front and the tops of your feet and the tops of your toes.
Let this front part of your body represent the present and the future,
The way that you're going in the world.
And let's give ourselves a little nugget of inspiration,
A nugget of divine help.
Imagine once again that you have that shower over your head,
But rather than the water cleansing the back and the past,
Allow the shower to let out light on your present and your future.
And within this white golden light,
There's all of these yummy,
Yummy energies.
Let it start to shine down on your face,
On the top of your head.
Feel the warmth of the light.
And within these yummy energies,
There's hope,
There's freedom.
Hope and that freedom shine down over your throat.
Feel it on your chest.
Feel the warmth.
Let your body soak in the energy of the light that contains all that's good in the world.
All the possibilities of pleasure,
Happiness,
Joy.
Let it beam down on you,
Shining in your heart space,
Shining in your absence,
Energetically absorbing the rays of light as if you're getting a boost of energy.
A golden pill that you can swallow and move forward with,
So that you're inspired to be the best version of yourself.
To know that within this yummy golden light,
There's support.
There's divine love.
Let it shine down on the fronts of your shoulders,
The fronts of your arms,
Penetrating all the way into your back body,
All the way into that clean space.
Feel it shining into your hips.
Feel the power of it shining into your legs,
Your way forward.
Full to the brim with yummy energies,
Positive vibes.
Call it in.
Absorb the light and all of the goodness that you deserve,
That you desire,
That you're worthy of.
Let it be an inspiration.
Let it fuel your day,
And the next day,
And the next day.
Positive frequencies.
Bring them all the way down your legs.
Down.
See the light permeating every cell,
All the way through the back of your body,
Shining onto that which you let go of.
Let it shine onto the past.
Let it change the frequency of your past.
So everything feels good.
Everything feels more positive,
More hopeful.
Trap it in your cells.
Trap it all over your body.
Like the most yummiest honey,
Horrible,
That's just absorbing into every aspect of your being.
And it feels really good.
And you feel really good.
And so you should.
Keep it all inside.
All those yummy energies.
And then bring yourself out of it on the count of three,
Back into your reality.
With all of this light being your reality.
