Are you ready to meditate with Cori?
Try and get comfortable in your bed,
Maybe take a nice big deep breath and then when you breathe out,
Stay as still as you possibly can so that your body can relax and you can let go of your busy day.
Coriander was in the kitchen.
She was making,
Brewing,
Creating in the kitchen.
It was her favourite place to be and she loved it.
She'd put on a black linen apron,
It was her favourite.
She washed her hands in homemade lavender soap.
It's very important that you have clean hands whenever you're preparing or creating magical spells.
Today was different though,
Today Coriander the witch had love in mind.
She decided she was going to make some very special cookies.
Cookies that she liked to call love bombs.
They were absolutely delicious and they were very easy to make.
It was important that you used good ingredients and the most important thing of all in this particular creation was love.
She cannot make love bomb cookies without love.
She was already in a good mood.
She was playing her favourite music in the kitchen while she cooked and prepared.
The music helped her to absorb the vibration of it.
She soaked in every note,
Every song,
Every sound.
She pulled it into her body.
She could almost feel her body changing energy,
Changing frequency so that it matched the music.
This was important to Coriander the witch because she wanted that frequency,
That energy to be in her cookies.
If she was grumpy or angry or upset,
Her cookies would taste grumpy,
Angry and upset.
If she was happy and joyful and full of love,
Like the music was making her feel,
Then that would transfer into her love bomb cookies and you would be able to taste it.
Taste the joy inside of her food.
She got a big ceramic bowl out of the bottom of the kitchen cupboard.
She was dancing while she was preparing things.
She grabbed one of her favourite big wooden spoons and then she had a wall full of jars with teas and herbs,
Spices,
Nuts,
Powders,
Fruits,
Dried fruits.
You name it,
Everything was in a glass jar on the wall.
She went over to the wall and grabbed a big glass jar of raw pecan nuts.
Then she walked over to the raw cashew nuts.
She took those big giant jars over to the kitchen island and put them down.
She didn't have enough room to carry anything else with those two big jars.
Then she walked over to the jars that had white chocolate chips and milk chocolate chips.
She also had dark chocolate chips but she didn't need those for these particular cookies.
She put those two jars on the kitchen island.
Then she went into the pantry and got a jar of condensed milk.
She also had coconut condensed milk.
That was very good for when she didn't feel like dairy,
But on this day she chose the regular condensed milk.
The final thing that she needed for the love bomb cookies was coconut flakes,
Unsweetened coconut flakes,
Organic,
Happy coconut flakes.
She got out a measuring cup.
It was made of wood.
Her measuring cups were just as special as her favorite wooden spoon.
She got them all from an old man that carved and whittled wood pieces himself in the village.
She could feel the old man's energy in the wooden spoon and her measuring cups.
They felt as if lots and lots of love had been poured into them while he made them.
She could almost close her eyes and see the old man whistling away as he carved the shapes out of the wood.
This made her feel very special,
Very lucky that she had them,
And she was going to use a bit of that extra love in her love bomb cookies.
She poured the coconut flakes into a cup measuring cup.
One cup of coconut flakes and put it into the big ceramic bowl.
One cup of crushed raw cashew nuts,
Plop into the ceramic bowl.
One cup of crushed raw pecans,
Plop into the bowl.
Half a cup of white chocolate chips,
Half a cup of milk chocolate chips,
Plop,
Plop into the bowl.
And then finally,
She got a spoon out of the cupboard and undid the tin of condensed milk and poured it into the rest of the mixture.
She licked the top,
She stuck her finger in and licked the sides.
It was delicious.
Then all she had to do was mix it all together.
The mixture was quite sticky because of the condensed milk,
But it was a really good ratio.
Not too runny and sticky,
Quite dry looking to be honest.
Then she got out two big baking trays and covered them with parchment paper.
She got the half measuring cup and scooped out half measuring cup size cookies.
She pushed them together with her fingers so they would all join together when they baked.
No spare pieces here there on the tray.
They looked like happy little nutty mountains sat there on the baking trays.
Then she put them in the oven,
350,
For about 15 minutes and waited.
This was the important part.
As she waited,
She danced,
She sang,
She span around the island in the kitchen.
She sent loving vibes into her cookies through the oven door,
All the way around the kitchen.
She was so happy and so excited because these love bomb cookies were going to be gifts.
And there is nothing better than gifting other people things in this entire world.
Coriander loved to make spells and potions and create things.
And this,
Even though it was very simple,
Was a very good spell.
Because when you ate these cookies,
You couldn't help but feel the love in them.
She was going to spread all of the love and joy from the cookies into her friends and her family.
Coriander washed her hands again with the lavender soap.
She took a moment and closed her eyes and took deep breaths,
Smelling the lavender as she moved the soap around her hands,
Crushing the fragrance making it smell strong and fresh.
She dried off her hands on her black linen apron.
And before you know it,
The cookies were ready.
They were golden brown around the outside and still just a pale light brown in the middle.
They were perfect.
Now this is the most important part of this spell.
You have to leave them until they get cold.
You cannot move them off the baking trays,
Otherwise they'll fall apart and you'll lose all the love,
You'll lose all the joy.
You won't have a love bomb cookie,
You'll have a crumbled cookie.
It's the hardest part because you can't wait because they smell so good and they taste so delicious.
But Coriander decided to go outside.
What was the best way?
Walk away from them.
Walk away from the temptation of how delicious they were.
She went outside onto her back garden.
Because it was spring,
Flowers were there,
Wildflowers,
Popping up here,
There and everywhere.
She was very careful to pick some of them.
Just the ones that she needed.
It was important to leave the other flowers in the garden because flowers lose all of their power once they're picked.
If you leave them in the garden,
Feeding off the sun,
Growing from Mother Earth,
Then they are powerful.
But as soon as you pick them,
You pluck them from their power.
So it's important to enjoy them while they last.
Coriander had another thing that she was going to do with these flowers.
She wanted to make a picture of dried flowers eventually.
So she'd been collecting different flowers for a long time now.
She had a big,
Big,
Giant book in the house that she kept on the bookshelf.
She went over to the bookshelf and picked the book up.
She opened it to a page where there was no flowers and put her new flowers that she picked today.
Very carefully.
She laid them so that when the book would close,
The flowers would be all spread out,
The petals all pretty,
Rather than just crushed.
She was tempted to look through the book to see some of the dried flowers that were there already,
But she didn't do it.
She didn't want to disturb the ones that she'd just put in there.
So she closed the book and put it on the bookshelf and left it,
Practicing her patience.
Because one day,
She would get all of those flowers out of that book and lay them on a very special piece of homemade paper with different colors and textures that you wouldn't be able to get from regular bark paper.
She would lay them on there so prettily and then frame it and put it on her kitchen wall.
Her very own flower picture that she'd made herself.
That was magical.
By now,
The cookies were cool enough for her to taste.
She grabbed one of the smaller ones,
Took a bite,
Closed her eyes,
And felt the love.
The chest swelled,
Her heart opened,
It sang,
Spread all over the room.
The cookie was perfect.
She was very excited about sharing them with everyone she loved.
She very carefully wrapped each one individually in parchment paper and then got some of her hemp string and tied it up with a bow.
Very simple,
But very,
Very homemade and beautiful looking.
She put them in a basket and she went on her way to deliver them to her friends,
To family.
Coriander the witch even saved one for her witchy teacher,
Who she loved dearly because her witchy teacher taught her everything she knew about the spells,
The potions,
And how the world works.
Her witch teacher thought it was the best cookie that she'd ever,
Ever tasted.
She could feel the love.
She gave Coriander a 10 out of 10.
Very good spell,
She said,
I'm impressed.
The end.

Love all your meds I fell asleep right away so what would the love bomb cookies do? Could they make you be kind and loving for the rest of the day? Or could you give them to somone once they ate it they would fall in love with the first person they saw Careful (I assume) Optimistic Really good at making meds YAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSSSSSSSS QQQQQQQQQQQQQQUUUUUUUUUUUEEEEEEEEEEEENNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!! 11th listener! Also I want to know if you have ever watched ordinary angels? It’s a movie about a girl that 5 yr old and needs a liver transplant it’s a really good movie when you get to like the middle of the movie you will be like “am I watching the wrong movie?” But you are and if you do actually get in the wrong movie how to check if ur in the right movie: At the beginning there is a baby a mom and a dad Then the mom is on a cot in the next scene And then I think it might be ppl at a bar but I don’t know it could be anywhere in those places At times you sit on the edge of your seat or you cry either way it’s such a good movie and based off of a true story and the real girl it happened to is still alive and married (it tells you a the end). Lots of stars, Adelaide Rory
