Let's meditate together.
If you haven't done so already make sure that you're sat in a nice comfortable seated position.
Close down your eyes.
Relax your shoulders down away from your ears.
See if you can soften the muscles in your face,
So let your eyes and the space around your eyes relax.
Open your jaw slightly so that you're not clenching your jaw.
See if you can soften your cheeks.
Start to slow down your breath.
Find a pace in your breath that feels relaxing to you.
So by slowing down your breathing,
You're starting to slow down your mind.
Slow down your thoughts.
Pay attention to your abdomen.
Just feel the space around your tummy,
Inside of your stomach.
Let's take a couple of breaths down into your tummy so that we start to soften that part of our being,
Relaxing your abdomen.
See if you can breathe out any tension that you might have in your stomach.
Take a nice big deep breath in for me.
Breathe into the space in the middle of your chest,
Pull that breath into the space.
Relax the muscles across your chest.
Starting to slow everything down,
Calm everything down.
Pull all of your attention down to the base of your feet.
Feel the outside of your feet.
Maybe if you have your feet on the ground you can feel the ground at the surface of your ground on the bottom of your feet.
Take your focus and attention to the inside of your feet.
Notice if you can feel any buzzing or tingling.
And then pull all of your attention back up to the middle of your forehead.
That space in the middle of your eyes up just above your eyebrows.
And even though you have your eyes closed,
Feel as if you're staring out into that space there in front of your mind.
So looking into that big wide open space,
Using your inner sight.
It might just look like black,
Big wide open dark space.
Or you might be seeing shadows or colors at this time.
Either way,
Either way,
You're doing it completely right.
Just feel as if you're staring out into that space.
And then using your mind and maybe your memory,
Playing with your imagination.
Feeling very relaxed and at ease,
No pressure with any of this.
I'd like you to look out into that space there in front of you and imagine that you can start to see 10 steps going down.
Take a couple of steps forward in your mind until you stop at the top of those 10 steps.
Now looking down at your feet,
Notice if you're wearing anything on your feet,
Your socks or your shoes.
And if you've worked with me before,
You know to kick off your socks and your shoes so that you're barefoot at the top of these 10 steps.
And now that you're barefoot,
I'd like you to feel that top step.
Underneath your feet,
So whittle your toes.
Move your feet a little bit like forwards and backwards,
Like you're scraping your feet on the ground.
And you can really feel the surface of that top step.
Grounding your body into it using the sensations.
So you're grounding into this space.
And then peering down those 10 steps,
Let them get clearer and clearer in your mind.
They can look like a staircase that you have at home.
So you can just imagine that using your memory.
10 steps going down,
Just like the staircase you have at home.
Or maybe you are already seeing a staircase that looks very different,
That you can just make up in your mind.
Your staircase can be covered in carpet or tile,
Maybe it's a wooden staircase.
Maybe your staircase is something completely different and it's on a hillside and it's outside and you've got grass underneath your feet.
Like I said,
There is no right or wrong.
Just let your mind play and have a little bit of fun with it.
We're going to go down these 10 steps and at the bottom of the 10 steps,
There's a door waiting for us to go through.
And I'll explain all about that door when we get down there.
You may be able to see the door already from the top of the 10 steps.
If not,
That's okay.
Starting with whichever foot feels comfortable for you.
Counting down 10,

Feel the steps underneath your feet,
8,
7,
6,
5,
4,
3,
2,
1.
Take a couple of steps forward so that you're standing right there in front of the door.
We're not going to go through the door just yet.
I want to talk to you about what's on the other side.
In the meantime,
Just be taking notice of what your door looks like.
Whether it has a door handle or a doorknob.
Maybe it has panels or windows.
Maybe it's just a very plain door.
Maybe it's very big.
Maybe it's an archway.
Whatever it is,
It's okay.
We'll make it work.
On the other side of the door,
There's a room.
Inside of the room,
There's a full-length mirror.
And whatever else is in the room will leave up to your imagination.
So the room can look however you want it to look or however it's going to be when you get inside.
But there is a full-length mirror.
The full-length mirror is going to be over on the left side of the room.
At the far side of the room.
In the corner.
Everything else,
We'll just see what's there when we get inside.
On one,
I'd like you to open the door.
On two,
You're going to walk through the doorway.
When I say that,
I mean in just a few moments.
And then on three,
You'll close the door behind you and find yourself in the room with the mirror that's over on the left on the far side in the corner.
Ready to go through.
But before we do,
Know that we're in agreement that if there's anything that we see in this room or sense or feel that it doesn't have a soul.
Contract with you.
Not this particular one.
So when we go through the room,
I also want you to know that you are completely protected.
Not only by my love and light.
But by all that is good.
This is a space where you will be completely safe.
And so it is to that.
And so it is.
With that intention in mind,
We're going to go through the door.
I'm going to count to three.
One,
Two,
Three.
Look down at your feet,
First of all.
Just pay attention to your feet.
Notice the ground that you're standing on.
Look over to the right side of the room.
Don't go near the mirror just yet.
Look over to the right side of the room.
Pay attention to anything that you sense,
See,
Feel,
Or maybe it's your knowing.
But just know,
Whatever it is,
What do you feel?
What do you see on the right side of the room over there?
Just pay attention to as much detail as you can.
And then looking over the left side of the room,
Over on the far side in the corner,
You'll see your full-length mirror.
But what else do you see on the other left side of the room?
Ground yourself into the space.
It's going to take us about four steps to get to the mirror.
And when we get to the mirror,
Just like you do,
Look at your reflection.
Simple as that.
Let's count to four.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Standing in front of the full-length mirror.
Just pay attention to your reflection,
Just like you do when you look in the mirror.
I'd like you to look at your face.
Maybe you look exactly like you.
Maybe you look different.
Maybe you look older.
Maybe you look younger.
Notice what you're wearing.
Notice what your body looks like.
Reminding you,
Knowing that you're completely protected and safe in this space.
Looking in this mirror,
What I'd like you to pay special attention to is if you notice any shapes or dark areas on your body.
And to look at that,
You can just start at your feet and do a body scan with me.
Just look down at your feet in the mirror and kind of go from left to right,
As if your eyes are like a laser beam scanning up your body.
And if you get drawn to an area that makes you slow down,
Drawn to an area that makes you notice,
Oh yeah,
My left knee looks like it has a shadow on it or something like that,
Just pay attention.
And then if you can move on from that,
Move on and check the rest of your body.
Take your time,
Slowly scan all of your body and notice if there's any dark areas anywhere in your energy field.
Once you get all the way up to the top of your head,
Then look at your body generally and you'll see those dark areas.
If there were any there,
You'll see them.
Maybe there's one in your heart space,
Or maybe there's one on your head,
Or maybe there's one on your shoulder,
Or maybe there isn't anything and that's okay too.
I also want you to pay very close attention to the space around you.
What do you see behind you in the mirror?
If you see any shadows or shapes or beings or people in this room with you,
Then pay attention to that.
Addressing your shadows,
The dark areas.
Know that you have the ability to remove anything from your body in this space.
If you intuitively feel like you need to do something to remove these dark energies,
These dark shadows,
Other than what I suggest,
Then please follow your intuition.
But I'm going to simply suggest that you reach into your body,
You reach into the energy of who you are,
And you grab a hold of the dark area as if it's like a taffy or mud or dirt or tar,
And you're pulling it out of your body.
And I'd like you to see that down by the right side of your body is a box or a bucket or something,
A trash can.
So either a box or a bucket or a trash can,
Whatever your mind wants to create,
Is right there next to you.
So everything that you pull out of your energy body,
Of your physical body,
As you watch yourself in the reflection here in the mirror,
Put it in the trash can.
Just slap it off your hand energetically,
Energetically,
With a little bit of force,
Pull these areas out of your body.
Taking back your power.
Now,
If you feel you need some aggression,
Then use it.
If you feel you need kindness and compassion and gentleness,
Then use it.
So I'm asking you to trust yourself right now.
I'm asking you to trust and tap into your intuition,
If possible.
What do you sense?
What do you see?
What do you feel?
What's the best way for you to take out these dark areas?
Either way,
You're clearing your body of all the negative energy.
You're taking it out of it.
We're taking it out.
We are going with the intention that these shadows or these beings or whatever it is,
Doesn't have mission to be in your energy field.
We are sending it back to the sender.
They're not welcome.
Their energy isn't welcome.
Know that this is your sovereign right.
Stand firmly on the ground.
Being your power.
If you don't feel completely strong and comfortable and brave in this moment,
Use my power.
Draw off my light.
See me standing there with you,
Giving you the support that you need.
Know that you can do this.
You have all the power within you.
You don't need me,
But I'll be there with you.
If you feel you need to call upon Christ's light,
Bring it into this space.
If you feel that you need to call upon Michael for protection,
Bring him into this space.
But trust me and know that you're safe.
And if you see anything behind you in the room,
You see any other reflections in the mirror,
And you'd like to communicate,
Then you can say,
What is your name?
Why are you here?
It's time for you to say it.
Believe.
You have the power to put anything that you're witnessing into your box,
Or your bucket,
Or your trash can.
All of it.
A snap of your fingers can make something go into that trash can.
Your intention can override anything and put it in that trash can.
Call upon all of your strength and your power.
If you didn't have anything that needed to be removed,
And if you did have something that needed to be removed,
Either way,
I'd like you to say it.
I'd like you to start to see an opening in the ceiling above you,
Where a beam of bright golden light is coming down into the room.
And if you have to move to stand under it as if it's a shower,
Then go ahead and do so and stand under that golden light.
Bright,
Healing,
Protective.
Golden light.
Let it bathe down onto your face,
Onto your head,
Onto your shoulders.
Let it shine down onto your skin,
On your entire body.
Let it shine through and start to fill all of the spaces.
Let it start to seal your grid.
Back up.
To heal,
To shift,
To fix any openings that were making you vulnerable.
See this bright healing golden light closing everything up,
Sealing everything up.
Let it shine all the way through you,
Down into your feet,
Out into the ground.
Let it roll all the way down your arms,
Into your fingertips.
See yourself completely protected,
Whole,
Complete.
See your energy bodies.
See the grid around you,
Complete and whole and sealed.
And now,
What would you like to do with your box or your bucket,
Or your bin,
Your garbage bin?
Would you like to throw it out of an imaginary window,
Out into space,
Send it to the ends of the earth?
Would you like to send it out of the window and up into the light,
So that whatever is in the box goes to a place of healing and love?
What comes to you intuitively?
What would you like to do with the box?
That creates the end result,
And the end result is that it is no longer with you.
You could burn it,
You can seal it up forever.
What would you like to do?
Think about it and then do it.
And then when you've done it,
Say out loud or in your mind,
And so it is.
And now,
Keeping your eyes closed,
I'm going to count to three,
And when I count to three,
And I get to three,
You'll find yourself at the bottom of the 10 steps that we originally came down,
With your eyes still closed,
Feeling awesome,
In your power,
Completely yourself,
Ready for whatever life brings.
One,
Two,
Three,
Looking up the 10 steps there in front of you.
Let's go back up the 10 steps together,
And you can open your eyes when you get to the top.
One,
Two,
Three,
Feel the steps underneath your feet,
Four,
Five,
Six,
Seven,
Eight,
Nine,
Ten.
You can open your eyes,
Come back into the space,
Back into your reality.
And so it is.
