So with a nice straight spine,
Taking longer,
Slower,
Deeper breaths,
Let's settle into our bodies.
As you breathe in,
Use your breath to initiate kind of like a breathe in sweep through your body.
As if you're just checking in with like your shoulders,
Your tummy,
Your arms,
Your legs.
Use your breath as like a scan almost.
And then when you breathe out,
Let go.
Relax your shoulders,
Relax your face,
Let go of anything that's holding you back.
Nice,
Big,
Deep breath in,
Breathe in.
Scan through your body,
See how everything feels this morning or this afternoon.
Pause at the top and stay in your stillness and silence for a few seconds.
And then relax as you exhale.
Just check in with your breath,
Feel what it feels like as you're breathing through your nose.
Let's just do some focusing techniques.
So as you breathe in through your nose,
Notice the temperature of the air as you breathe in.
Notice the feeling as it travels through your body down into your lungs,
Down into your tummy.
And as you breathe out,
Notice the sensations of your exhale.
See if you can feel the very subtle pull on the inhale and push on the exhale.
It's very mild,
Very subtle,
But see if you can feel and notice the pull as your body pulls in the breath.
There's a pull,
Almost like a magnetic pulling that's happening outside of your body.
Just the slightest lean into that which is around you so that you can breathe it in,
Pull,
And then see if you can notice the exhale,
Like the push away.
There's a constriction in your abdomen as it pulls back to your spine,
But it feels almost like a push,
Like pushing out.
When you get that,
When you can slightly feel it,
Notice it,
Focus on that for me for a few breaths,
Just that part of the breath,
The pulling,
Magnetic pulling feeling,
And then the pushing as if it's like a repelling push and pull.
Just pull yourself back to your breath whenever you feel any kind of distractions in your meditation,
As if something pulls your attention from the outside,
Or whether there's an ache or pain in your body that seems to pull your attention to it.
See if you can use your breath as your best friend,
Your breath as your anchor to always come back to,
To regain your focus and your presence.
That's what your breath is for,
And there's so many different layers of the breath that you can focus on.
Today,
In this meditation,
We want to get a sense of ease,
A sense of it's already happening.
We can let go of the world and just trust that everything that we desire,
Everything that we need,
Everything that we want,
Conscious or subconscious,
Is already happening around us.
It's like layers of an onion.
Imagine that you're inside the middle,
The very middle of the onion,
And inside of you there's all of these different mechanisms and mechanical activity and everything is taking place.
You as an organism are working constantly,
And then on the layer next to you,
There's this very subtle layer,
The things close to you,
Around you.
Your awareness of the mind notices the things around you,
Close to you.
And then there's another layer where maybe we can see that other layer is other people's that are involved in your life and what's happening with them and how they have energy and mechanical works going on and everything around them is taking place,
That it may involve you and your second layer,
Or your third layer,
Or your fourth layer,
Depending on how close they are to you.
But imagine then if you keep going out further,
Out into a more distant layer away from the center of your being.
There's things happening with your job,
Things happening with your life,
Your partner,
The people that you don't know about yet,
But it's all part of your chess game.
It's all part of the program that's being directed from the very core of who you are.
That you don't see it.
The further away it gets,
The more we're unconscious of all the little things that are taking place in the world around you,
That you have no clue that they are clues or signs or symbols that all that you desire is coming or is already here.
You can just pause and feel some peace and trust because the layer's even further out.
We're going even further out in the onion.
There's things happening in the world.
There's things happening on this earth that are all aligning with that inner being of yours subconsciously.
Maybe your inner being's desires need something that works with the world and you end up moving homes or you end up living in a different state.
See,
There's all these little things always taking place that's bigger and beyond in the layers that we don't see.
It's all working for you,
Even if you don't know it.
And then let's go even more further out,
Even more out there into the universe where the universe is doing its magic,
Creating things to happen on the earth,
Creating things from the earth,
Then closer to our place and closer to our people,
Then even closer to our things,
Then even closer to our inner being.
For the whole while,
You're sending a beacon out to people,
To animals,
To everything around you,
To the world,
And even further out to the universe.
Tiny little you has a beacon that's big,
Constantly changing,
Constantly working.
So I think it's fair to say that you can stop overthinking and just be.
Because everything is already working for you.
And if you imagine yourself seeing all the way out there into the universe and then pulling your attention,
Zooming it back like an elastic band,
All the way down back to just your breath.
Just feel your beautiful breath.
Because the breath is here.
We're alive.
Everything is working for us.
Relax your shoulders as you breathe.
Relax your face as you breathe.
All is well.
And if you could just say that to yourself and let the words flow through your being,
All is well.
Let that sense of peace just be present in your body.
See if you can feel the layer of trust that you have.
Maybe it's deep,
Deep down,
But see if you can feel that trust within yourself and everything else.
As if it's all in divine order.
It is what it is.
Just let it be.
And then energetically closing that,
Sealing it with a stamp of approval.
And so it is.
Allow that statement to feel like a closure,
Like a stamp of approval.
And so it is.
And with that,
You can very gently open your eyes.
Come back into your space.
Feel like you just checked in with the whole way that the world works for a second.
You got your warm and fuzzy that all is well.
Then it's taking place the way it's supposed to be for you.
Just trust.
