10 minutes of simple breathwork practice. Develop secure inner peace through the practice of focusing attention on the sensations of breathing. In this meditation, I keep things ultra simple: no fancy technique or method, just the continual redirection of attention to the breath. Directing attention towards the breath in this way draws attention away from the mind, and therefore we come to a place of secure and grounded peace and serenity as the mind eventually falls silent.
