To embody our highest expression.
To allow our wings to spread.

To stand true in our own unique knowingness of what is right.

And to be open to who everyone else is choosing to be.

That we are all expressions of the same divine Creator.
Now is the time to live in love.
To allow for love to come into our hearts.
To remain open and at ease.
Now is the time to exit our cocoon and become the butterfly.
To allow our hearts to soar above.
Beyond all shadows.
Now is the time to shine light on the shadows we hold within.
To love the shadow,
To acknowledge it for everything that has taught us.
Now is the time to forgive.
To forgive ourselves and everyone who has harmed us.
To thank them for giving us this beautiful lesson through challenge and hardship.
After all,
It is the greatest way to learn.
To understand our nature.
To understand our truest self.
Now is the time to lift one another up.
To raise the collective vibration of everyone we come in contact with.
To raise the vibration of all of humanity.
To raise the frequency so that we are aligned as one with Spirit.
Now is the time to call in our ancestors,
Our guides,
Our future generations and our star family.
To support us on this journey.
To ask them to lift us up so that we may rise on the shoulders of our ancestors.
We may reach out to the hands of our future generations.
We may impress and inspire our star family.
Now is the time to rise,
Family.
To rise into the greatness that is our birthright.
To rise into the beautiful setting sun in which a new chapter lies shortly behind.
Now is the time to rise.
Now is the time to love.
To love yourself deeply so that you may love everyone and everything around you.
Let go of what you carry,
Dear soul.
Let go of the past.
Let go of the programming and the conditioning that this world has taught you.
Mother Earth,
Father Sun,
Great Spirit are here to nurture you and guide you home.
