Explore MeditationCaoimhe is a Breathwork Coach and Yoga teacher. She began practicing yoga, meditation and breath work during her training in Drama School. The practices have significantly aided her in being mentally and physically prepared for her work as an actor; both on stage and screen. In 2019 she completed her 200hr Ashtanga/Vinyasa Teacher Training and in 2020 trained in Breathwork. She enjoys combining her vocal training with breathwork teachings to deliver relaxing and unwinding recordings for all.
