All right,

Everyone.

Welcome.

Thank you for being here.

Feel free to find a comfortable seat.

Roll your shoulders down your spine.

Rest your hands on your knees or your thighs.

If it's comfortable,

Close your eyes and start with your breath.

Take long,

Slow,

Deep breaths in.

Long,

Slow,

Deep breaths out.

100% of your focus on your breath.

Finding this time in this space to arrive and settle in and center.

Today's meditation is a visualization,

Self guided.

And to start,

I want you to connect to something that is very important for you like a goal,

A place or a direction that you're headed to in your life and or in your business.

And I would like you to connect to that as a statement.

So if it's,

Let's just say I'm happy,

Healthy and wealthy.

And that's like an overall,

It's important that I'm happy that I have my physical and mental health and that I have some finances to support.

Even if it's like $10,

000 a month in your business or $3,

000 a month in your business or $100,

000 a month in your business,

Just focusing on what your goal is.

Now that you have that in mind,

I want you to imagine that everything that you just asked for it happened.

We're,

I don't even know,

Like six months down the road.

After you've achieved this goal.

And you're waking up.

Where are you waking up?

Are you a traveler now and you just go all around places or you have a home by the beach or a cottage in the middle of the woods like you're waking up,

It's six months after you've achieved this goal and been continuing with it.

And we're living a day in the life of your wish fulfilled.

So you wake up who's next to you,

Maybe nobody and it's all okay.

You get up and you start to go about your day.

My goal is very established right now in Mexico.

So I am imagining myself waking up.

Nice king size bed that's very comfortable next to my husband and we're waking up,

Getting started going to have some coffee.

And I'm really like looking for that next level of having somebody support us by creating meals.

So I'm waking up and our personal chef is cooking us breakfast.

Sitting out by the pool in our really cool backyard.

Having a cup of coffee.

What does your morning look like?

With your wish come true.

Living in this dream space.

And how do you go about your day?

Is there exercise?

When do you start working?

Maybe you're on vacation,

Maybe you're on permanent vacation.

You're continuing on to your lunch hour.

Something that I've learned in the last little while is to continue to be productive throughout my day is to have creative breaks.

So that's right around before or after lunch.

So I just take some time and then I often switch projects.

I don't know what it looks like for you as a nomadic business owner with an online business.

There are days that I have to work like today.

Just looking at what your day looks like.

And then now that we've made it through like the lunch hour,

Mid afternoon creative break,

What is the second portion of your day look like?

You continue into the time after lunch and before dinner.

And then what does it look like for the evening portion of your day?

What does dinner look like?

Who's there?

Is it prepared?

Are you going out?

What does this look like for you in this life?

When after dinner,

What does your evening look like?

Do you have a routine?

As you're transitioning to the evening?

The night time?

What does that look like for you?

Maybe some yoga,

Maybe some meditation,

Maybe some TV,

Late night swimming in your pool.

Date night.

With the eventual transition into bedtime,

What does that look like?

To fall asleep and have a restful sleep.

To wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Coming back.

So one of the most important things,

Especially if you did this,

And you're like,

I don't know,

Is that's why what you want isn't happening,

Because you haven't worked the details out yet.

And you're creating.

So you it's important that you're clear on what that looks like.

If you wanted six pack abs is just the best example that I've got.

If you wanted to six pack abs,

And I led you through that meditation,

Right?

You would wake up and you would look around,

You would know that.

I mean,

For me,

Things would be different.

There wouldn't be a bag of chips sitting on the counter.

Right?

Like,

If six pack abs was all that I wanted,

Things would look different.

And I would be doing different things.

And then my meals would look a certain way.

So it's really important for you also to be in that place of being clear on what it is that you want,

And then sitting in it every day.

So this visualization can be very supportive.

Take 10 minutes every single day sit in that I am happy,

Healthy and wealthy and look at what that looks like.

So that is what I've got for you today.

I encourage you to take a few moments to journal everything so that you're clearer for your next round and your next round and your next round.

If you can dedicate some time every single day,

This is the number one practice for you to create the life that you dream of honestly is to sit within it every day.

So that's what I've got for you.
