Her approach weaves together nervous system regulation, emotional healing, and contemplative stillness to help others reconnect with peace and purpose. A practicing Christian, she draws from her own faith journey while creating inclusive spaces that welcome people of all beliefs and backgrounds. As a graduate in an honours degree in Environmental Sciences, Liv has the utmost love and respect for beautiful Mother Earth, and wants to use science and technology to its highest and greatest good for the stewardship of it and humanity. With a working background in corporate leadership and a heart for service, Liv guides others toward resilience, rest, and renewal... Mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
