Thank you for joining me and trusting me to guide you through a journey to bring you into the present out of your mind and into your body.
You can do this lying down on your back on a yoga mat or on a bed.
You can have a blanket on top of you too.
Another option is that you can do this sitting upright in a chair with both feet flat on the floor and your hands on top of your thighs.
We're going to start with a breathwork session followed by a body scan meditation and finish off with a protective white light meditation.
So as you get comfortable and settled I'll explain how the breath pattern will go.
We're going to inhale through the nose for four seconds and then exhale through the mouth for six seconds.
Halfway through the breathwork session I'll guide you to do a top hold which means holding the breath after an inhale and then after a few moments I'll guide you to then release the breath and we'll do the breathing pattern one more time.
So when you're ready let's begin.
Now inhale two three four and hold.
Keep holding.
Now when you're ready release the breath.
Now let's start the breathing pattern again.
Now inhale two three four and hold.
Keep holding.
And when you're ready now release the breath.
Feel the lightness.
Feel the power of this moment and most of all feel you.
Continue to enjoy this relaxation as we now move more into the body and into the body scan meditation together.
I'll be guiding you through putting your awareness on different areas of your body and just allow whatever you feel to be a valid observation.
There is no right or wrong feeling just an awareness of your body.
Now put your awareness on the top of your head,
Your face.
Move your awareness to your face now.
Now to your forehead the space behind your eyes,
Nose,
Cheekbones,
Cheeks,
Lips,
And your chin your ears,
The back of your head,
The back of your neck,
Shoulders,
Your arms,
Your wrists,
The back of your hands.
Move your awareness to the palms of your hands,
Your upper back,
Your mid back,
Your lower back,
The front of your neck,
Your chest.
Put your awareness on your abdomen,
Your hips,
Your glutes.
Now move your awareness to your pelvic floor,
The front of your legs.
Put your awareness on your knees,
The back of your legs,
Your ankles,
And finally to the top of your feet and bottom of your feet.
You're in tune with your body,
Connected,
And aware.
Continue this feeling of relaxation and alignment with your body as I now guide you through our last meditation together,
A protective white light meditation.
In this meditation we will continue to clear and lighten our energy field by dissolving and dispelling any energy that does not serve our highest and greatest good.
Breathing in a relaxing,
Slow,
And natural way with every inhale that you take,
Imagine healing and cleansing white light from the unified field that connects us all to flow into your energy field,
Starting from the top of your head,
Through your crown,
Down into your neck,
Arms,
Trunk,
Legs,
And feet.
And with each exhale,
Any energy that you're holding in your energy field and physical body that does not serve your highest and greatest good will float out and return to the unified field to be healed and return to the light.
Keep breathing,
Inhaling and exhaling slowly and naturally.
It doesn't have to be very deep breaths,
Just whatever feels comfortable and right for you.
Breathing in cleansing white light,
Permeating through your energy field and body,
Breathing out anything that doesn't serve you,
Sending it back to the light to be healed.
Breathing in pure light,
Breathing out stagnant energy blockages and any energy that belongs to others that are entangled with your energy and doesn't serve you,
Sending it back to source.
Imagine your energy field as an orb encasing your body.
Its vibration is strong,
It's bright,
Full of energy,
Full of life and vibrancy,
And it's being cleansed and protected.
Call back your energy,
Call back your spirit,
And dispel and dissolve anything that doesn't serve you.
Now protect your energy field by imagining a shield-like force field around your energy field.
Only energy that served your highest and greatest good can permeate and nothing else.
Hold that feeling and that intention to help you feel connected,
Present,
Grounded,
And energetically and spiritually protected.
