Intro: 0:00 to 1:50 (skip to 1:50 if you want to skip the intro to the breath in subsequent listens) Breathwork session: 1:50 - 7:40 (continuous tri-active breath until finish) We’re going to be doing a tri-active breath. All the breathing is through the mouth and not through the nose. This consists of two inhales through the mouth, first breathe in through the belly, second breathe into your chest, followed by an exhale through the mouth. This will be continuous for five minutes from start to finish with guidance along the way by me. The tri-active breath will be released at the end.
