Welcome to a guided meditation with Coach K.

Choose a comfortable seated position,

Close your eyes,

Palms facing up.

Let's start with a breathing technique to cleanse current energies.

With each inhale,

Breathing in to hold for three seconds,

Before exhaling out old energies and breathing in new energy of light.

Let's go.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Two more times and one more.

Now let's change the narrative of your day.

Today is a new day.

Each day brings a new beginning.

You are the boss of your day.

Use today to create positive intentions.

Positive intentions,

Letting go of the past.

Today is a reset.

You have the power to set positive intentions to run your day as you wish.

Repeat the following affirmations after me.

I am grateful for all the blessings in my life.

I am worthy.

I love myself.

I trust myself.

I believe in myself.

I have confidence.

I am the master of my life.

I am powerful.

I am my own god.

I am strong.

I believe in me.

I am brave.

I am energetic.

I am positive.

I am protected.

I am guided by the light.

I choose love.

I am deserving of success,

Positivity,

Abundance,

Happiness and fulfillment.

Now let's take a few more breaths.

This time repeating five times.

Let's go.

Let's go through the affirmations one more time.
