Hello and welcome to a morning meditation with Coach K on gratitude.

Dedicate five minutes every morning to set your day up with the appreciation energies.

Choose a comfortable position,

Letting your shoulders drop,

Releasing all tension from your body,

Down your neck and back,

Arms next,

Chest feeling lighter,

Throughout your abdomen,

Legs and out through the feet.

Now make sure your spine is tall and proud,

Breathing in through your nose,

Exhaling out to release all the tension.

Do this again two more times,

Breathing out anything that is making you feel bad or holding you back from your true self.

Now you are in a place of calm and relaxed states of flow.

Let's visualize a light on any part of your body that is filled with gratitude.

Thank yourself for being alive.

Imagine that beaming light guiding you throughout life.

Let's tap into the feelings of gratitude.

What are you thankful for?

Let's start with the small things.

For being you,

For being alive,

For all that you have,

For the simple things,

For the nature,

For the air you breathe.

The more you look for the good things,

The more you will attract them.

I am grateful for my life that brings me so much happiness and fulfillment.

I trust that what's meant for me is already mine,

Regardless of how and when it is mine.

I am worthy of beautiful endings and exciting beginnings.

I allow my voice to be heard,

My thoughts to be expressed and my vision to be seen.

I am open to things working out for me.

I am open to receiving abundance.

I am open to connecting with my higher self.

I am eternally grateful for all the blessings I have in my life.

I am happy and grateful for everything in my life.

I constantly remind myself to enjoy all the good in my life.

I express deep appreciation for the small steps I take and achieve every day.

With every breath I take,

I am bringing more and more gratitude into my life.

Today I will concentrate on taking one step forward,

However small.

My life is meaningful and important.

I am a valuable contributor to the greater good.

I am worthy because I say so.

My worth is in my hands.

I release all the pressure I put on myself.

I give myself permission to trust myself,

My inner GPS,

My guidance,

My sixth sense and my intuition.

All the good things in my life come to me as a result of my willingness to find happiness in each moment.

Every kind word I express comes back to me in tenfold.

Everything that is happening now is happening for my greater good.

I realize there will be obstacles,

But I have the strength to overcome them.

I choose to be kind to myself.

I choose to love myself unconditionally.

I see problems as a challenge that evolve my personal growth.

I always treat others the way I expect to be treated.

Each day,

Even if it's for a few minutes,

I am going to stop and express my gratitude for all that life has to offer me.

Every day I am going to be more mindful of all the small blessings that I should be thankful for.

I am thankful that with each experience,

I become a better version of myself.

I create the possibility of happiness and I am grateful for my own happiness and others being happy.

It does not matter what other people say or do.

It's none of my business what they say or do.

What matters is how I choose to react and what I choose to believe about myself.

I return to the basics of life.
