Let's start by a simple breathing exercise before we move in to affirmations to help you improve focus and concentration.
Let's go.
Breathing in and exhaling out.
Exhale.
One more time.
Breathing in and exhale,
Releasing all tension.
Repeat after me.
I am present.
I am committed.
I am focused.
I am in the moment.
I give my undivided attention to the here and now.
I am not distracted by any external influences.
I am centered,
Calm and relaxed.
I have all the time I need to complete each task.
I am confident.
I am capable of focusing.
I am deep into my concentration.
My mind is clear and razor sharp.
I am able to mute out distractions and noise that don't serve my immediate purpose.
I am concentrated.
I am focused.
I am zoning into focus only on what is important to me.
I am able to let go of distractions and distracting thoughts.
My mind is calm.
My mind is balanced.
My mind is still.
I choose what I want to focus on.
I am focused on my goals.
I am determined to achieve my goals.
I am committed to driving my success.
I commit my focus to completing one task at a time.
I let go of all distractions.
I focus on what I need.

When I focus,

All random thoughts disappear.

I am a master of controlling my thoughts and emotions.

I never ever get distracted or lose concentration.
Now let's finish off with three simple breathing exercises.
Inhale,
Holding for two to three seconds before exhaling out.
Inhaling in and exhaling.
One more time.
