Welcome to a meditation on building a confident mindset by Coach K.

Begin by finding a comfortable seated position with your back straight and your eyes closed.

Let's start by taking a few deep breaths.

Start by inhaling through your nose,

Holding for two to three seconds before exhaling out and again inhaling through the nose and exhaling through your mouth.

One more time,

Inhale and release.

Allow your body to relax and release any tension or stress that you may be carrying in your head,

Your face,

Down to your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your back,

Chest,

All the way down to your abdominal,

Your legs and removing all the tension out through your feet.

Now visualize yourself standing tall and proud with your head held high and your shoulders relaxed.

Imagine a bright golden light surrounding you,

Filling you with a sense of strength and confidence.

Repeat to yourself the following affirmations,

I am confident in my abilities,

I am confident in my abilities,

I trust myself to make the right decisions,

I trust myself to make the right decisions,

I believe in myself and my potential,

I believe in myself and my potential,

I know that my potential is limitless,

I know that my potential is limitless.

As you repeat these affirmations,

Feel your confidence growing within you.

Imagine any doubts or fears melting away,

Replacing the fears and doubts with a sense of certainty and self-assurance.

Fears and doubt are the ultimate enemy that hold you back.

Certainty and self-assurance are guaranteed to put you back in control.

Now take a moment to reflect on a time when you felt confident and capable.

Allow that memory to fill you up with positive energies and remind yourself of your inherent strengths.

When you're ready,

Let's repeat the four affirmations together.

I am confident in my abilities,

I trust myself to make the right decisions,

I believe in myself and my potential,

My potential is limitless.

When you feel ready,

Take a few more deep breaths.

As you slowly start to open your eyes,

Carry this sense of confidence and self-belief with you as you go about your day.
