Hello and welcome to Coach K Meditation on reducing anxiety and stress.

Let's start with a comfortable position of your choice.

Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly.

As you exhale,

Imagine yourself releasing all of your worries and anxieties,

Letting them float away like a feather in the wind.

Allow yourself to relax,

Completely sinking in to a state of peace and deep tranquility.

Focus on your breath,

Focus on your breath,

Inhaling deeply and exhaling slowly.

Allow your breath to be a gentle anchor,

Keeping you grounded in the present moment.

With each inhale,

Imagine yourself breathing in calm,

Soothing energy.

With each exhale,

Imagine yourself releasing all of your tension and stress.

As you continue to breathe deeply and slowly,

Visualize yourself in a peaceful,

Natural setting.

Perhaps you are standing on the shore of a quiet lake,

Or lying in a field of soft grass under a clear blue sky.

Whatever your ideal peaceful setting may be,

Allow yourself to fully immerse yourself in that.

As you soak up the serenity of your surroundings,

Allow yourself to let go of any thoughts or worries that may be causing you stress and anxiety.

Visualize yourself taking each worry and placing it gently in a balloon.

Watch as the balloon floats up and away,

Taking your worries with it.

As you soak up the serenity of your surroundings,
