I will never be a morning person,

For the moon and I are too much in love.

Of all the illuminations across our star-filled skies,

None holds quite the fascination for us as the moon.

She carries a divine feminine energy that calls to us,

Deeply united by a single element of nature.

Tonight we let the light of the moon charge your soul,

While your body rests in a deep state of sleep.

Welcome to Coached by Nikki Dyer.

So tonight we begin here.

As you find yourself comfortably lying in bed,

With your eyes gently closed,

Welcoming any subtle shifts in how your body is positioned,

Giving yourself permission to settle.

Settling a little more still by taking slow purposeful breaths,

Breathing in through the nose slowly,

And with every exhale,

Find yourself sinking a little deeper,

Encouraging each breath to become longer and slower,

Noticing now how your exhales are lasting longer than your breath in,

Feeling your body lighten as you breathe,

Noticing the temperature of your breath as you inhale,

Feeling the warmth you created on the exhale as you take another long slow breath in,

Filling up completely with safety and trust,

And as you breathe out,

Let go of anything you no longer need,

Letting go of anything that no longer serves you.

It's always up to you to allow the sensations of relaxation to go deeper.

You can let any remaining tension flow from your body,

Connecting with the contentment you feel,

The inner peace you have while living in this present moment.

In your mind,

Imagine you are in a place where you are at peace and free.

Maybe this is a familiar place you have visited many times,

Or maybe it's a comforting place that exists only in your mind.

Whatever your mind took you,

Whatever this place looks like for you,

It's perfect.

Taking time to let the details of this special place unfold,

Feel your body in a state of calm and stillness.

This place is your personal inner sanctuary.

As you begin to see yourself in detail,

Within this place of safety and peace,

You begin to gaze upon twinkling pinpoints of light that drape like a veil across the night sky.

Despite the enormity,

You feel an overwhelming sense of peace.

You see the moon and she is full.

She shines brightly before you.

You find her presence warm and comforting.

As above,

So below.

You begin to see yourself standing at the bottom of ten steps leading up.

Each one will bring you closer,

Slowly drawing her magic into your soul.

In a moment as I begin to count from one to ten,

You will effortlessly climb the stairs.

As you find yourself going deeper into a state of relaxation,

Finding yourself on step one.

Your midnight sanctuary is a place that feels warm and welcoming,

A place where you feel safe and watched over.

Moving up to step two,

You are aware of the powerful emotional healing that the moon offers through her cycles.

On to step three,

You are relaxing further and your intuition feels strong here.

Up to step four,

You are filled with self love and acceptance.

Moving on to step five,

You feel an undeniable sense of calm and peace surrounding you as the moon shines.

Moving up to step six,

The climb is effortless.

As you rest,

You have a clear sense of safety and your heart rate slows.

On to step seven,

You feel a comforting warmth radiating through you from the moon's familiar glow and the closer you get to her,

The more you feel it.

Up again to step eight,

Feeling how peaceful and still the world around you is.

And on to step nine.

Here you feel the energy from the moon guiding you to a deeper understanding of who you are meant to be.

And finally,

You reach step ten.

You have reached the deepest state of relaxation.

You feel a deep connection to the moon and the energy surrounding you.

There is an undeniable sense of self-awareness,

Of knowing who you are and who you are becoming.

You see your soul for who it is.

There is an internal knowing of who and what you are meant for in this lifetime.

The moon understands what you need to release to make room for the next cycle.

She absorbs anything you need to release,

Without you needing to try to know what it is.

And tonight you do that here.

Now there is nothing more for you to do.

Tonight you are held in the light and energy of the moon.
