Welcome to your perfect day,
A gentle guided practice designed to still your mind so that you can be fully present and in charge of how your day unfolds today.
Whether you are just starting your morning or if you're searching for a way to mentally reset and to start again,
You're in the right place and this one's for you.
Welcome to Coached by Nikki Dyer.
Treat this meditation as a gesture of love and kindness towards yourself,
A gift of permission to let go of self-doubt and any feelings of lack,
To love yourself a little extra today,
To celebrate just how far you have come and how hard you have fought to get here.
We are constantly cycling through a never-ending loop of filling the emptiness,
Of always searching for the lack,
Constantly scanning for where we're falling short or finding what it is we don't already have and hyper-focusing on why we don't have it yet but here,
Here inside this perfect morning,
We are going to compassionately take your power back with a new sense of control.
And this all starts by letting go as thoughts enter your mind and interrupt your stillness.
Focus on finding forgiveness and empathy in your heart.
Create a conscious understanding that living only in this moment is an actual exercise without these distractions coming forward and testing you.
You would have nothing to let go of in the first place.
As your thoughts begin to invade the stillness,
Which they always will,
Invite them to leave without judgment.
See this as an opportunity to re-ground yourself,
Re-settle into the stillness that you can always create.
Start to bring attention now to your breath,
Allowing the subtle shift in your focus to act as an anchor for a connected thread,
An invisible string that forever connects you to a place of internal peace within,
So that you may always return.
Take a deep slow inhale,
Feeling your lungs as they expand,
And then hold it,
Just when you have all the air you can,
Before steadily releasing the breath through your nose with a long exhale.
Repeating again,
Slowly inhaling as you hold the air at its peak,
And exhale as you find your lungs empty once again.
Focus on the air,
How it feels,
Entering and leaving through your nose,
Feeling the sensation of your chest and lungs expanding with your inward breath,
Allowing yourself to sink deeper and deeper with each passing exhale.
I invite you to check in to how you are feeling.
Are you feeling anxious?
Are you trying your best to relax?
Are you in your head,
Trying to get it right?
There is no right or wrong,
It's all made up.
Allow yourself to just be here.
You have time.
Know that there is no room for lack or fear or worry.
You aren't meant to be anywhere else.
You are supposed to be right where you are.
Don't be so hard on yourself today.
No one has it all together.
No one has it all figured out.
You are not supposed to know everything.
You are here to learn and to make choices and to grow from them.
To find out what it is that lights you up inside.
To find and to learn what it is that makes you happy and then to allow yourself to do it over and over again.
Look around you today.
Start to see all the things that are already going right.
Name them out loud as you find them.
You deserve all of the goodness and the happiness.
Not all days are the same.
Not everything goes as planned and it's not supposed to.
And that is okay.
Be patient with yourself.
There are so many beautiful things about you.
You have so much to offer the world,
Exactly as you already are.
Take a deep breath in and as you breathe in the warm,
Golden,
Positive energy that is surrounding you.
Feeling yourself inhale it into a grateful and full heart.
Feeling how the energy floods into you as you continue to breathe it all in.
Today is going to be a fantastic day.
You are surrounded by so much good and the good will continue to find you as long as you are looking for it.
I'm so proud of you.
