This dancing meditation is designed to help you release tension and return to calm through movement. You'll be guided to trust your body, trust the ground beneath you, and let go. Expect to feel grounded, present, and a deep sense of relief as mental busyness and physical holding soften. Practice with eyes closed in a private space where you can move freely. No dance experience needed—simply follow your body’s intuitive movement.

Welcome to the Dance of Trust.

Before we begin I want to mention very important points.

Find a safe space where you can move freely and make sure you won't be disturbed for the next 15 minutes.

During the dance please close your eyes.

There is no performance here.

This is an inner dance.

There is no right way to move.

You don't need to know how to dance.

Just follow your body.

Let go and move.

Now find yourself standing.

Feet on the ground.

Feel the weight of your body.

Not as something heavy to carry but as something the earth is already holding.

Let your knees soften.

Let your spine lengthen.

You don't have to hold yourself up.

Gravity is doing that.

This is the season of mountains,

Of bones,

Of time.

Today we are not trying to climb.

We are learning to stand.

Feel your feet press into the floor.

You don't need big gestures right now.

Move from the inside out.

Let your bones guide you.

There is no shape to get right.

Just truth.

Just structure.

Just you,

Here,

Moving through time.

Shift it.

Redistribute it.

You don't have to carry everything alone.

The ground is beneath you.

You are not holding yourself together by force.

You are held by design.

The mountain doesn't hurry.

Now it's time to slow down.

Place your hands on your body wherever they want to rest and feel yourself solid,

Present,

Here.

Bring your awareness back to the room,

Back to the quiet strength you've been standing in.

Thank you for being here.
