This is going to be a meditation about fully accepting our current financial situation.

If we are not resisting where we are right now,

We are opening the gates for opportunity and wealth to come into our lives.

So let's take a deep breath.

All the way fully,

Fully,

Fully until you can't anymore.

And breathe out,

Relaxing into your seat.

Another big deep breath.

Going all the way to your sitting bones and collecting everything that's right now not serving you into your breath.

Let it come up through your ribs,

Your chest,

All the way to your throat and breathe out everything that's not serving you.

Another beautiful big deep breath all the way to your toes.

Let it come up through your legs.

Let it come up through your sitting bones,

Your underbelly,

Your spine,

Your organs,

Your stomach,

The whole thing,

All your chest and hold it at the top.

And breathe out,

Arriving into the now.

Now I want you to imagine your current bank account and all your assets,

Maybe your savings or your crypto,

What you have right now.

And just imagine that and feel what comes up.

Is there an emotion?

Is there a pressure?

Is there a stress or a fear?

Is there a joy?

Whatever it is,

Let it come up.

And feel where it is inside your body.

Do you feel it in your chest,

In your belly,

In your forehead?

Whatever it is,

Just focus on that point.

When you think about your current money balance,

Where does it originate in your body?

See the space around it of acceptance.

And whatever it was,

First let it just be allowed inside your body.

By saying you are completely allowed inside my body.

I am not judging.

You are welcome.

I see you.

If the feeling you had was not a nice feeling,

So you felt guilt,

Shame,

Fear,

Or whatever nice feeling,

So you felt guilt,

Shame,

Fear,

Or something.

I want you to ask into your body the following question.

What do I have to believe to feel what I am feeling?

And receive the answer.

What do I have to believe to feel this about my bank account?

This will maybe result in a feeling or in an answer,

In a knowing or in a memory.

And whatever that is,

Let's focus where that is inside our body.

Maybe it's in the same place,

Maybe it's in a different place.

Just notice when you think about what you just received,

Where it is in your body.

And give it a color.

Visualize a color or a texture if you like,

Around this belief.

Because we are inviting it in front of our chest.

Invite the energy in front of your chest and because it's energy it's very easy to move around.

See the color moving towards your chest.

Gather it.

And we are going to swirl this out of our system.

Before we do that,

We first going to check,

Does it want to move clockwise?

So slightly turn it clockwise and see if it moves.

Or does it want to move counter clockwise?

Now one felt easier and one felt more resistance.

And what we are going to do now is turn it to the right,

To the side with the most resistance.

So let's start turning it.

Feel it moving.

It's going to turn slowly but keep on pushing.

And start to move it.

Faster and faster.

In front of your chest.

Like a basketball moving faster and faster on your will.

Faster and faster.

Until it's going super fast.

Really really really really fast.

And when I count to three we are going to throw it out of our systems far far away.

Three take a deep breath.

Two get ready to throw it.

And one throw it far.

How do you feel now?

Do you feel a release?

Do you feel better?

Emotionally more positive?

Do you feel the acceptance?

Little bit more maybe.

To feel it even more bring one hand on your chest.

Feel your heart beats.

Connect with your heart.

And just feel the acceptance of your financial situation wherever it is.

Feel the appreciation in your heart.

For whatever you have in your bank account.

Feel the gratitude for everything.

All the abundance.

And feel that by just feeling this you are attracting even more.

More is coming to you.

By only you being in gratitude,

In appreciation and keeping your frequency,

Your emotions on the higher side.

Can you feel this regardless of your financial situation or the money in your bank account?

Can you feel the appreciation,

The gratitude,

The abundance that you are attracting every second?

And you know that you always have enough and more is always coming to you.

With this said,

Let's take a deep breath.

Body all of this beautiful frequency and feel it in our body like a shower of light.

Feel it on the cellular level.

Feel always having enough.

Feel always attracting more.

And feel that by just doing this,

Automatically more is coming to your way.

Right now,

Whenever you are ready,

You can start slowly move your body.

Stretch.

And with this feeling coming with you all your day,

Whenever you are ready,

Slowly and gently open the eyes.

Oh that is a good one. I will use it for various things. I felt the shift. Mine was like stirring up an unmixed can of paint where it is thick at the bottom but as I mixed it, it became thinner & far less resistant. Thank you 💖💜
