Dear soul.
Welcome to this unique mirror meditation.
This meditation is made for you to stand in front of the mirror.
And this can be a very interesting and deep meditation.
So know that you will be safe,
But it can definitely come that tears will come up or that you will hit a certain level of limitation that gets cleared out of you using this meditation.
So it can be a very powerful experience.
With that,
Get to a mirror and if you're not already in front of a mirror,
Please pause the track right now.
If you're in front of the mirror,
Let's begin.
Let's start with staring at the mirror.
Do you feel any discomfort?
Do you feel any judgment towards yourself?
Can you already look at yourself in the eyes?
Or maybe you find it not so comfortable yet.
Whatever comes up is perfectly okay.
Now take a deep breath and exhale and let go all the judgment.
Now experience the same.
Look at the mirror.
Feel if you still feel any judgment towards yourself.
Feel if you feel any distractions.
Maybe you just want to look around instead of looking at your mirror image.
Just feel and observe what is your tendency.
And here take another deep breath and exhale and keep looking at your eyes and the mirror.
What do you see?
How do you feel right now?
Maybe judgments are dropping even deeper.
And whatever you experience,
Any judgment,
Any distraction,
Keep experiencing them.
And with all of them getting into a loving acceptance,
Look at yourself in the eyes.
Just relax.
Feel your shoulders just dropping.
Letting you to become here and now.
Feel the judgment and distractions are dropping.
And you are becoming in a natural place more and more.
Right now.
From this neutral place.
Let's experiment.
Because we are not used to look ourselves in the mirror.
At least not most of us.
So let's experiment with a couple of things and see what that does for you in your body,
In your feelings.
First while looking in your eye,
Step backwards and distance yourself a little bit from the mirror.
Notice if something changes.
Take a step forward again.
And notice if something changed.
Keep on breathing deeply.
Feeling whatever you are feeling.
Maybe lean a little bit forward.
Until you are very close to the mirror.
Looking deep into your eyes.
What do you see?
What do you feel?
And let's come back to the neutral position.
And actually if you felt like something felt more comfortable during this distance experiment,
Take that position.
Take the position that feels best to you.
Let's do another experiment.
This one is a very interesting one.
And it's gonna be quite the experience if you really focus on it.
I want you to put your attention fully on your own body and on yourself.
Literally on your own body.
Not on your mirror image but on yourself.
While looking into your mirror image.
And now I want you to shift your complete attention and focus onto your mirror image.
Put the focus fully on the mirror you and feel what happens inside your body.
Now put the focus back fully on yourself.
And put the focus back again fully on the mirror image.
Do you feel that change?
Put it back on yourself,
On your own body,
While looking in the mirror.
Do you notice this very interesting change that happens here?
Your vision doesn't change.
Only your focus of your attention is changing.
But with that a whole bodily experience comes.
One feels way more contracted and limited.
And the other opens us up and expands us.
Now I want you to keep this focus on yourself and take a deep breath.
We're going to do one more experiment.
And this one has all to do with our emotion.
Try to make a facial expression of how you are feeling right now.
Or how you were feeling before this meditation.
And try to make that facial expression and look at yourself.
See what it does to you when you express this emotion to yourself.
Is there something changing in your body?
Are there memories or visuals that accompany this?
Are there any thoughts linked with this emotional state when you look at yourself?
Now change your facial expression to the facial expression that you want to feel.
A desired state.
A desired emotion.
Express that to yourself.
Even though you're not really feeling it,
Express this through facial expression and look at yourself.
Notice that much more is changing than just your face.
Do you feel your body changing?
Do you feel your posture wants to stand differently?
Let all of this happen.
Because it is really true that when our facial expression changes,
We literally change our own chemistry inside our bodies.
We trigger different hormones.
So let's use this in our advantage and give me the best facial expression of how you want to feel.
And breathe that in.
Notice that you're controlling your own chemistry here.
That's a very powerful thing that you are capable of.
And now I want you to see yourself in a different eyes.
We tend to judge ourselves when we look at the mirror,
Seeing the small flows that we have,
Seeing the effect of the years,
Seeing the imperfections,
Zooming in to that imperfections.
But can you right now see yourself through the eyes of a loved one?
It can be a person,
A friend,
Your partner,
Your child.
It can be your pet.
Just see yourself through their eyes.
Can you imagine how they're seeing you?
They don't see your flows.
They don't feel your judgments towards you.
They are seeing you through you,
Through your soul.
They are seeing you through your energy,
Through your frequency,
Through your vibration.
Do you notice any change?
Maybe you are becoming more beautiful or more handsome.
Maybe you are becoming more flawless.
Maybe the imperfections are disappearing.
Yet you are still looking at the same person,
Same mirror image.
With this said,
Can we go one step further and look ourselves even deeper as you look at yourself in the eyes and the mirror?
Can you see your soul?
Can you see that deepness from you to you reflected infinitely?
Can you see your soul?
Can you feel the love and acceptance for yourself unconditionally?
And can you start to repeat the coming affirmations?
Just look at yourself in the eyes and say this.
I like you.
You are funny.
You are beautiful.
You are handsome.
You are the source of all beauty in my life.
The universe wants you.
The universe loves you.
This world wants you.
This world is craving for your gifts.
I am proud of you.
I forgive you.
I support you.
I am here for you.
I love you.
I love you.
I love you.
Now say to yourself in the coming moments everything you want to say to yourself.
Feel how you are feeling.
See the beauty that you are.
You are so perfect in the eyes of source.
Right now open your arms.
Take a deep breath in.
Breathe out and give yourself a big big big hug.
Hug yourself.
Love yourself.
This was very deep work.
You went and did it.
