Meditation Timer OnlineCristi Christensen is an author and global embodiment leader devoted to guiding people home to the wisdom of their bodies—and awakening the power that lives within them. Through yoga and dance, meditation, chakra-based practices, and sound, she creates spaces that support deep nervous system regulation, healing, and transformation. A former elite-level gymnast and platform diver who trained with the US Olympic Diving Team, Cristi’s path has been shaped by profound life transitions—from a career-ending injury to a recent journey through advanced-stage cancer. These experiences have deepened her trust in the body’s resilience and its innate capacity to heal. Sound became a powerful part of her own healing—a way to feel safe enough in her body to stay, soften, and begin again. Now, she shares sound as an invitation: to slow down, to listen, and to return to yourself. Cristi is the author of Chakra Rituals: Awakening the Wild Woman Within and the founder of an international yoga school. She is also the co-creator of Deep Exhale, a transformational yoga and dance experience created with DJ Marques Wyatt. Her work supports a return to the body as a source of power, presence, and deep inner knowing.
