Claudia holds a B.S. and M.A. in Kinesiology, and is an A.C.E.–certified personal fitness trainer and group exercise instructor. She is a registered 500-hour yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. She also completed Levels 1-3 of the Tergar “Joy of Living” meditation program. When she is not working with private clients, she can be found designing and making hand-knotted malas or snuggling with her three fur-babies.

I am accustomed to doing this practice before I go to sleep at night, but now I see how effective it can be upon awakening, as I t kept me centered in the now, instead of drifting into thoughts of all the things I hope to get done for the day. Another thing I noticed is how pain or something like an itchy rash can serve to keep me centered, as they beckon my attention while I sit in acceptance, allowing them to pass. Thank You for your offering here on Insight Timer 🙏❤️
