Meditation Timer OnlineClara Ritger is a writer, meditation teacher, somatic movement and yoga teacher (RYT-500), and trauma-informed coach whose work guides people back to themselves — to the truth of their own experience, and to reclaiming agency over their life. Her own path to this work began with healing from six years of chronic illness — and the discovery that the body, when finally listened to, knows the way home. Her meditations are rooted in an embodied, sensory approach to practice — drawing on the tradition of Instinctive Meditation developed by Dr. Lorin Roche and Camille Maurine, authors of Meditation Secrets for Women. In this tradition, meditation is not about forcing stillness or emptying the mind. It is about befriending your own inner landscape — learning to feel what is true in the body, tap into the aliveness in the heart, and live with greater presence and authenticity. Whether you are moving through big emotions, feeling stressed and burned out, or simply trying to find five minutes of genuine presence in a busy day, these practices meet you where you are. Alongside Clara's recorded tracks, she works with clients one on one to integrate meditation, somatic movement and yoga into their lives, leads corporate and group workshops on embodied presence and mindfulness, and shares her story through talks, performances, and her newsletter, Adventure to Awaken.
