Hello, this is a short meditation that you can make at any time of the day. A simple way for you to "reset" and release any kind of tension you might be feeling today. Hope you all enjoy it for it was made with love. In this "One-minute meditation" series, you will see that it's possible to center your mind in a very short time. Welcome to one minute simply meditating.

Sit quietly in a chair with your feet touching the ground.

Adjust your spine so it's aligned,

Eyes closed.

Bring now attention to your jaw.

Make sure it's relaxed.

Release your tongue inside your mouth.

If you feel like it let your mouth rest a little bit open.

Every time you inhale imagine the muscles of your face more and more relaxed.

Be grateful for allowing yourself this moment of self-love.
