Welcome to one minute simply meditating.

Sit quietly in a chair with your feet touching the ground.

Adjust your spine so it's aligned,

Eyes closed.

Taking a deep breath,

Let your lips draw a gentle smile on your face.

Bring to mind a memory of a moment that you felt pure happiness.

Breathe as you let every cell of your body remember what it's like to feel this happy.

Be grateful for allowing yourself this moment of self-love.
