Hello and welcome to this quick grounding meditation.
I'm Clara Julie and I'll be facilitating the meditation with you.
So let's start today's meditation sitting or lying down,
The way that's more comfortable for you,
So that your spine is straightened,
Aligned,
Eyes closed.
Now we do some deep breathings,
Inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.
And now we are back to a natural breathing,
Inhaling and exhaling through the nose in the rhythm that is natural for your body.
Bring the palm of your hand to your chest.
Feel your heart beating.
Connect to your body.
Be present here and now.
And resting your hands by your side,
Bring attention to your body's support points.
Each point where your body touches the surface below it.
It can be your feet,
Lower limbs,
Back,
Arms,
Head.
Feel that your body is supported and that it's safe for you to relax.
With each exhale notice that your body gives in a little more at the support points and that gravity welcomes you.
And taking a deep breath,
Slowly start to move your feet and hands.
We are thankful for this moment of self-care.
When you feel the time is right,
Open your eyes.
May all beings be happy.
May all beings be free.
