Drawing from her personal experiences and extensive training, Claire is dedicated to guiding individuals on their own paths to self-discovery and healing. Her integrative approach is supported by comprehensive training, including hypnotherapy and NLP Master Practitioner certifications in 2017. She became a Digital Wellness Coach in 2021, addressing the challenges of the digital age. Most recently, in 2024, she expanded her practice through training in Tools and Shadow Work by Phil Stutz and Barry Michels, enhancing her ability to support clients in their healing journeys. Claire’s work, including her guided tracks on Insight Timer, embodies her commitment to helping others find serenity. While dedicated to supporting others, she continues her own personal growth, deepening her intuition through ongoing shadow work.
