A minimalistic meditation, one could say. Becoming aware of the sense of being that is implicitly there, always. Not trying to get anywhere, just be quiet and notice the natural spaciousness of the awareness. Just being like this is peace; a natural joy arises.

Maybe start by deepening your breath for a few rounds just to become aware of the body with the out-breath allowing the body to ground on your seat and noticing that immediately implicitly the sense of being is here it is always here just knowing that you are but it's so natural so so self-explanatory that it is easily overlooked but notice this you are here aren't you and notice that field in which the body is perceived a field of your awareness there's a spaciousness there is there a limit to it no there are no boundaries there's no beginning no end notice mind also appearing in this field sometimes it comes to the foreground even so much that nothing else is perceived all we will know is this fantasy this dream of thought for a bit and just watching quietly you will become aware of the entire field and see that mine is only a visitor meanwhile this sense of being is still here it always is notice this just be very quiet not expecting anything not trying anything and all that remains is being the breath is still going on the sensations in the body are still playing you can feel it without touching any meaning to it just the body manifesting moving notice the temporariness of whatever experience is there whatever feeling sensation comes it also has to go but it doesn't take you away you are still here throughout resting this that is always here even if there's a moment of fantasy daydream it is temporary it creates a sense of some place some happening images and then they fade and you're still here even if you attach this sense of being to any special feeling notice this special feeling is not always there or not always noticed being doesn't have a particular feeling it just is a sense of being also appearing in this vast awareness this vast space of awareness that has no characteristics of itself what I mean to say is notice that there's experience all the time sometimes very subtle sometimes more gross or wild or even obsessive but it's all by the grace of consciousness that we can experience by the grace of awareness that anything is felt or seen or thought so let go of any effort because the awareness is not there by effort it is just be be quiet it is not about doing so much or getting anywhere it's more about stop stopping to do so much like a fist a clenched fist that softens and opens in the open hand the whole world is helped in this quiet mind there's just awareness openness but any words are risky because it may make you search for some special quality and trying to hold on to that but there's no need don't try to hold on it's more natural than that just stop any effort if mind if your thoughts start questioning or are restless just notice it mind likes content it likes problems questions challenges achieving and so on just notice that movement of the mind but don't take it personally you're just watching meanwhile you are simply here you're not determined by what the mind does or says you just are this is why we can say all is well because being always is and is well by nature lively joyful embracing everything that is what we call love embracing everything receiving everything without objections even when you hear the sound of the bell being is not changing awareness is not moved no need to feel like something's over or ending just a sound meaning that the body can start moving activities can happen but they will all happen in this space of awareness with the implicit sense of being notice that and be happy and light
