Healing Meditation For COVID-19

This is a guided visual healing meditation. I take you to a scared spot here on Maui in the Iao Valley. You will see rainbows and flowers, and go to a sacred pool to do a deep healing meditation. You'll be renewed and feel the deep relaxation that comes in Paradise.

Aloha,

I'm Cindy Palos and I wanted to give you a taste of heaven,

A little healing energy.

We've been going through a lot of stress lately and especially with the COVID-19.

It's so important we can go into a place that's safe,

Where we can meditate,

Where we can feel ourselves being renewed by healing energy.

I've been living in Hawaii here on Maui for over 30 years now and there's a sacred place that I just love to go.

It's up in Eao Valley,

Which is a very sacred valley.

It's been around for so long and actually many Hawaiian chiefs were buried there for over 800 years and it's one of my favorite places to go.

So I'm going to take you on a sacred journey up into the Eao Valley and we're going to experience the colors,

The feeling,

The beauty,

The trade winds and we're going to go to a sacred pool I go to and then we're going to allow ourselves to feel a complete renewal and healing energy and a protection of the light.

So journey with me if you will.

Take a beautiful journey here to Maui and come with me as I do my walk with you and we're going to go first to this beautiful sacred valley and there's a light blessing rain that's falling.

This is a rainforest so we're walking into this beautiful valley and there is this beautiful light rain falling on us,

A cleansing rain.

And as we approach the path all of a sudden we see a beautiful ray of light as the sunbeam comes down upon us and this light is so heavenly.

It's a white light that shines down upon us right now and as it does we see a rainbow,

A heavenly rainbow crossing across the whole entrance into the valley and we're just here,

Just in awe of how perfect this rainbow is.

We know it's a blessing from heaven.

We know that Spirit is here with us right now and we feel this energy,

This presence come to us as we actualize the presence of magic and we hear a chant.

We need to chant to have permission to go into sacred sites and the chant goes,

Amama,

Amamahuanoa.

Ah,

We breathe that in and we hear a sacred chant as we know our prayer is free to enter.

Ehomai ka ikimai lunamae e,

Onamea hunonoaea onamele e.

Ehomai,

Ehomai,

Ehomai,

Ehomai ka ikimai lunamae e,

Onamea hunonoaea onamele e.

Ehomai,

Ehomai,

Ehomai.

And we see the beautiful trees flicker and dance with Spirit and the tea leaves are around the path and we see them shake with energy and we know we have permission to walk on this path to the sacred pool.

And as we walk we see beautiful red ginger and that red we breathe in the energy and it goes right to our root chakra bringing us strength and vitality and as we continue to walk we see a beautiful orange lily that only grows at certain times of year and it's growing now along the path.

We breathe in the healing energy of this orange color and the fragrance heals our emotions.

We walk on through the trees and we see a beautiful yellow,

Some yellow daisies along the trail and a bee is coming to these daisies and we feel this yellow as a sacred yellow.

As we continue to walk we know that we feel our whole third chakra blessed with this beautiful energy of yellow and now the beautiful green tea leaves and the green tall trees around us.

We feel the healing energy of green coming into our heart of hearts and we breathe in this beautiful green healing energy and we feel it opening our heart as we get placed closer and closer to the pool.

We look up and see the beautiful blue radiant sky and our throat chakra is opened and clear with this blue sky above us and as we continue to walk there's a precious sacred purple orchid,

A wild orchid along the trail and we know that orchid is there to help open our third eye and we continue to walk until we finally hear the sound of a waterfall and the sacred waters rushing and we walk down to that wonderful place where there's sand along the stream,

The Ea River flows and we see the clear wonderful waters so clear we can see right through them and we find a place along the beautiful rocks and we sit down and we breathe in all of this sacred energy and allow this wonderful light that's pouring from heaven down to us right now in our sacred space.

We allow this light to circle around our head clearing away any thoughts,

Anything that may be present completely baptizing us in this sacred energy and we see the patterns of the clouds passing by and we know that those clouds just float on by and those clouds are like the passing time and now we sense the presence,

The presence of our guardian angels and the masters and the guides and we call upon them in this sacred place and we find a spot where we can actually be very comfortable and allow ourselves the healing energy from this sacred place and we can feel the presence of energy from this precious holy spot along the pool with the waters running and we allow ourselves to breathe in deeply breathing in total peace and well-being breathing in for the count of four holding for a count of four and allowing ourselves as we breathe out to let go of any tightness any tension let go of anything in your shoulders that might be tight breathing in this precious air this healing energy holding it and allowing our face and our jaws and any tightness in our head and forehead to slip away and let go breathing in for the count of four holding this beautiful energy and breathing the love that's present down into our heart breathing this energy into our heart of hearts opening our hearts to the love that's present here from the one source of all feel the magic of creation here in you in the presence right now and ask your heart to be strong ask your heart to be loving and ask that this love overcomes any fear that may be in the world and feel that presence expanding out breathing it in and allowing that energy as it expands out to go through your lower part of your body through your lungs through your kidneys clearing and cleansing through your gallbladder through your pancreas on down to your internal organs and your stomach breathing in the light and the love present there and seeing every single cell of your organs and body being healed with this energy allowing this energy to flow on down to your sexual organs and your root chakra feeling all of these organs and everything from this love healing anything that might be tightness anything that may have been coming up that causes your emotions to lock up let it go let it go let it go let it go release and let go and turn it over to the creative spirit present here and now breathe in again allow the energy to flow through your legs your thighs your knees your calves to your feet and feel this holy energy healing and protecting you with the light the light that's present right here in the sacred spot of power feel the presence of the breeze the trade wood comes and blesses you with the spirit that's presence here and now you're going to feel all this wonderful energy and breathe in the sacred energy and let go another time and release anything that may be left behind and we're going to breathe in again and send the love that's present in you out to someone that you know that needs this love send it out to a loved one right now send it out to a loved one right now and send it out to workers that you know send it out to people who you know who might be dealing with issues right now and allow them to sense this perfect energy and be blessed by this energy you have that's so abundant that you can share it with them and now send this energy out to the world open the channel open the vortex open the entire energy and see pyramids a column and you're sending from this pyramid in the center a column of light out to the world a healing energy out to the entire world so the whole world is now being enlightened and any shades of darkness and fear are being dispersed with the power from this spot and you know that you are not alone you're sending it out to all people who are working prayers and light workers and those who are doctors those who are healing sending them energy and love and you sense this energy increasing increasing a million fold and coming back to you right now till you are enlightened till you are full of light till you are awakened to who you truly are a wonderful being of light and love tied into the source of all creation right now and here and as you feel this energy you dive into the pool the sacred pool in front of you and you feel yourself baptized and redeemed and cleansed and pure and the waters hold you and bless you the waters are sacred waters and they flow around you and you feel this energy is totally purified anything that may have been darkness and you are full and clear and full of light breathe it in and float here for a minute just surrounded by these holy waters in this perfect sacred pool of light see the light shimmering on the water and as you get ready to come out see a cardinal come on the tree right next to the pool and know that cardinal is blessing you that cardinal sensed that you are now purified and you are now healed and you are now ready to come back into your life totally aware that you are protected and you are healed and you are well and all is well and you go back to the side of the pool and as you decide it's time to leave walk through the sacred path sending your love and light to all this wonderful place this sacred spot and know that you are blessed and know that you are blessed you are well you are whole and you are healed and you are protected and take a moment to thank creator the source all the guardian angels the guides the source from all this comes and say thank you god amama amama uanoa the prayer is freed amen and so it is thank you for joining me and know you can return to the sacred spot anytime you wish and you can feel that protection in that sacred area whenever you go inside and seek it god bless

In this time of Corona I decided to put my awareness on love in Iran there are lots of cats in streets now because of Quarantine all restaurants are closed and they are hungry I bring them every day food
it makes my hearth joyful this little things help us to weaken our ego, that cause all separations fears and suffering
