Pause whatever you are doing just for a moment.

Put your feet on the floor and feel the soles of your feet connected to the earth.

Through your shoes,

The floor,

The concrete,

Or the grass.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Again.

One more time.

Remember that no matter where you step,

The earth is supporting you.
