What is wisdom?

There are many answers.

One possibility is that wisdom is trusting the intuitive steps forward despite uncertainty.

Relax your brow and uncrinkle your forehead.

Notice the lightness and space.

Bring to mind something that you are uncertain about.

Take the edges off the thoughts and the feelings that surround it.

Now imagine looking up at a dark midnight sky,

Cloudless,

Filled with stars and the moon.

See that there is so much unknown and so much possibility.

Allow sparks of intuition,

Of inspiration to come forward,

Like shooting stars.

Sit with the image of the star-filled midnight sky whenever you wish to transform uncertainty into possibility and intuition.
