I'm Cindy Foster and today we focus on sound meditation.
So just allowing yourself to gently settle in into your practice position.
And as we listen to the sound,
Just letting the sounds move in,
Soft sounds,
Distant sounds.
Maybe you notice vibrations within your body.
And not trying hard to listen to sounds,
But just letting the sounds flow in and flow out like the breath,
Like you do as you allow thoughts,
Feelings,
And physical sensations to move in and move out as they will in each moment.
And notice the silence in between the sounds.
And as you listen,
Just sense or feel or imagine that your mind is not held in your body,
But can expand.
So now just coming in touch with your breathing and taking in a deep,
Slow,
Cleansing breath in and out as you just sit back and listen and allow.
So now just noticing whatever you notice within you.
Perhaps a deeper stillness within.
And see if you can allow that vastness,
That spaciousness,
Perhaps a loving space,
Loving awareness from this experience to continue as you transition now into your daily living,
Stretching your body,
Noticing your breathing.
As you bring this stillness into your life today.
