Dr. Rob Foster's shakuhachi flute music focuses on sound meditation. Allowing yourself to gently settle in, and as we listen to the sound, just letting the sounds move in, maybe you notice vibrations within the body. Letting the sounds flow in and flow out like the breath, like you do as you allow thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations to move in and move out as they will in each moment. Notice the silence in between the sounds. As you listen, sense, or feel, or imagine that your mind is not held in your body but can expand.
