Cindy fell in love with the practice of yoga and became a dedicated yogi in 2010. She became compelled to share and that led her to complete her first 200 hours of teacher training in 2011, and then 300 more hours in 2018. Since then she has thousands of hours of teaching and practicing this transformational practice. She is currently based in Reno, Nevada. The physical practice of asana has healed her body from injury and helped her to find true Mind, Body, and Soul connection. She is passionate about the ultimate goal of yoga…to still the fluctuations of the mind so that you can abide in your own true nature! Your true self! Our true nature of love, peace, joy, grace and light. She hopes her classes can inspire you to peel back the layers of fear in all its forms, and uncover your true self!
