**Note: Truth does not always sound pleasant. If the mind is not really peaceful now, it might not be a perfect moment to listen to this podcast, one has to be aware of the emotions or reactions that can block one from listenING ATTENTIVELY and with HUMILITY. Listening to this talk is meditation. What one needs to do is listen attentively, without being stuck in words, examine the mind in silence, no agree or disagree, just look at the mind as it is. Doing so is already part of true meditation.

Transcript

To compound the truth of living,

One must be diligent.

The mind mustn't be lazy.

A lazy mind is always seeking,

Depending,

Which keeps the mind full,

Occupied.

A diligent mind is acting,

Is living as it is,

No seeking,

No depending mentally.

Such a mind is standing alone,

No matter where one is living.

When the mind is really alone,

There is tremendous space,

Boundaries,

And such a space is capable of embracing everything.

But the mind is still empty,

Which means that such a mind has no attachment whatsoever.

And only a mind without any attachment can really embrace everything,

Which again points to this vast space of the mind.

When such a mind itself is truth,

Without knowing stays unknown,

But the truth is that living.

In the truth,

All the issues are not.

And in that truth of living,

The living in the truth.

There's beauty,

There's virtue,

There's integrity,

There's compassion,

And there's freedom.

And such a life never lacks meaning.
