Would you try it in your life to focus on things without any control?
No exclusion.
Focus on something while including everything.
In that state,
There is no destruction,
Actually.
The destruction is born out of the concentration.
Born out of this duality,
Destruction,
Concentration.
The mind defines something that the mind wants to focus on,
And also defines something the mind wants to exclude,
Which is called destruction.
If the mind really gives full attention at each moment,
At this moment,
There's no destruction,
Isn't it?
When the mind is no longer caught up between the concentration and destruction,
The mind can naturally focus on things better,
Without conflict,
Without any issues,
Without overusing your body.
Everything is in balance.
When you give full attention to each moment,
No matter what you are doing,
The mind is still connected to this moment.
But when the concentration takes place,
The destruction also takes place.
The mind goes too far away,
To different places,
In terms of destruction.
But the mind is lost in that.
To meditate is to really see this deeply,
Thoroughly,
In yourself.
Open the heart,
No resistance,
No rejection,
No exclusion.
Such a mind won't be neurotic.
When the mind is not neurotic,
The mind has no issues at all.
When the mind is neurotic,
Any small thing can be an issue,
Can be a problem,
Can be a challenge.
So if the society wants to be free from the neuroticism,
It means that each of us,
As part of society,
To examine ourselves,
To live a life open,
Compassionate,
Tolerate,
Embracing everything,
To really kick the neuroticism out.
If everybody does the same,
The society will become really harmonious,
Really peaceful,
Really compassionate.
