If the mind is not really peaceful now, it might not be a perfect moment to listen to this podcast, one has to be aware of the emotions or reactions that can block one from listenING ATTENTIVELY and with HUMILITY. Listening to this talk is meditation. What one needs to do is listen attentively, without being stuck in words, examine the mind in silence, no agree or disagree, just look at the mind as it is. Can one observe the total movement of thoughts?

In that observation,

The mind observes all the seeking,

Which means that the mind is giving full attention to its own thoughts at each moment.

Moment by moment,

To be aware,

And only in that state of mind,

The seeking can be totally eradicated.

Without seeking,

The mind is free of any illusions,

Any traps,

And the mind is free.

But as long as the mind is seeking,

The mind is trapped.

There's no freedom at all.

With all the fear,

Anxiety there.

So it's up to you to take actions,

To really observe yourself without being the observer,

Being able to see the total movement of thoughts.

And wisdom is out of there.
