**Note: Truth does not always sound pleasant. If the mind is not really peaceful now, it might not be a perfect moment to listen to this podcast, one has to be aware of the emotions or reactions that can block one from listenING ATTENTIVELY and with HUMILITY. This talk is a meditation practice. What one needs to do is listen attentively, without getting stuck in words, examine the mind in silence, not agree or disagree, just look at the mind as it is. Doing so is already part of true meditation.

A life without control is in a different dimension,

Which means that such a living has no opposite,

Has no division.

There's no controller and the controlled.

Control itself already implies a division,

A duality between the controlled and the controller.

The very control is born out of this duality.

The me wants to achieve a target,

Which is an image,

What should be or what should not be.

So the me is making efforts to be that image,

To achieve that image,

To reach something,

Some stages,

Some progress or whatever.

But the mind never examines what is me,

What is the image,

What is the relationship between the me and that image.

Without examining it,

The mind is merely striving,

Making efforts.

The very doing so,

The very making efforts,

Brings about tremendous illusions,

Distorting the mind further.

All of this reinforces the division between the controller and the controlled,

Which becomes the disorder of living,

Which is the me,

The self.

This me,

This self,

Has been so deep-seated in this world.
