To really look at what is life.

We rarely do that.

The mind keeps seeking out of the way,

Looking for all kinds of things to be entertained.

Life is full of all kinds of challenges,

All kinds of issues.

But we rarely examine it.

We rarely sit down together to look at all the issues together.

So in this occasion,

Can we really be together as good friends?

To go deeply into the mind,

The heart.

To understand what is life.

When we are conversing and inquiring together as good friends,

It means that we don't pretend.

We put aside all the equal things,

All the pretentiousness.

And let's look at the issues together thoroughly.

This requires both of us are humble.

We don't pretend we know.

This inquiry starts from being unknown.

So let ago all the burdens of the knowledge.

This moment,

Let's carry on this investigation with freedom.

Free to look,

Free to understand.

This moment,

Let's shed away all the burdens.

The mind is so interested in all kinds of knowledge,

Idea,

Theory,

Which can be intellectually stimulating.

But here,

We are not doing it for fun.

We are inquiring to learn to understand.

So let's put away all these things.

So the mind starts afresh.
